Who doesn't love a compliment?

It makes your day, all day. That is what I want Matilda Jane Clothing
to do, make the girl smile from ear to ear. I want her to love what she
is wearing and be proud of how she looks. I want Matilda Jane to
showcase the sweetness of the child. I try to keep the silhouettes
simple for that reason, it’s not about the fancy embroidery, it is
about the darling girl wearing it. I want your little girl not to fight
with you on what to wear, I want her to be comfortable and I want her
to be happy! And that is it.

I love to open emails like this, you know the ones filled with pics of a sweet girl on her Birthday, love ‘em. Thank you Loree!!

And tomorrow you’ll be able to look at lots of new pretty pics on our website. I’ve almost got them done. Almost. Sam totally kicked my A$& and got Platinum done before me. After Lyra sent us the cool pics, we were totally inspired to clean up Platinum a bit. And that was solely Sam’s job from start to finish. Though I do believe she is learning to delegate cuz I know Kiera was taking pics last week and Sara today.

It took me so long to learn to delegate. We just had this discussion the other day at 435. There was no way I’d even let a note leave the office without my handwriting let alone trust someone to pack a gift. Ahhh..how things have changed.  And wow, what I have learned.

Now I must continue on loading pics of Hammond Bay.

And thanks for all the hope, but looks like my wish list needs to be dumped!!

Love how you showed how to put different pieces together!!! For one who likes to do internet trunk shows, the new website looks fabulous!!! One question, why aren't the boys' pieces on Hammond Bay and just on Platinum? I think they would be a great addition to trunk shows to market to moms of both girls and boys. :)

February 9, 2010 - 5:59 pm Kelly M - My husband is TOTALLY into the Mid-century Mod furniture. We splurged on a classic Eames chair, but he ordered 2 knock-off womb chairs for 1/3 the price of 1. Usually not one for Knock offs, but couldn't bear to spend that much. Knock off is still VERY comfy like the womb chair. You might check it out. Can't wait for Hammond Bay. Jerilynn is making a trip to do a show for me!! :)
