Come'on who doesn't love a compliment. It makes your day, all day. That is what I want MJC to do, make the girl smile from ear to ear. I want her to love what she is wearing and be proud of how she looks. I want MJC to showcase the sweetness of the child. I try to keep the silhouettes simple for that reason, it's not about the fancy embroidery, it is about the darling girl wearing it. I want your little girl not to fight with you on what to wear, I want her to be comfortable and I want her to be happy! And that is it.

I spent at least 2 hours last night trying to insert a video onto the blog. I am so not a computer guru as you all can tell. But hey, there is nothing wrong with keeping it simple, right? Things/life move way too fast and somehow it is way too hard to keep up that...

Yes, it is totally cancelled. With shipment of Hammond Bay coming in, new updates to the website we just don’t have time to make it happen. Right now our focus is on Hammond Bay and getting everyone trained so you can get your goods within 2 weeks.
I know this has probably already been covered, but is the “whale of a sale” totally cancelled or just postponed? Just curious. I know you have had more important things in life to deal with, so I was just wondering. Hope life is starting to get a little bit more back to normal

Love the new platinum stuff! I don’t know if I will have enough money though. My trunk show is Feb 16th so I have to save money for that. I’ll have to sell some more stuff. Hopping some Platinum is left when I have more money!

The upgrades to the site sound fantastic and I can’t wait to see ALL of Hammond Bay! Yippeeee! February is going to be a GREAT month! We are supposed to be moving into our new house right about the time of my MJC trunk show…I’d ask my guests to help unpack a box or two, but I know they won’t be able to take their eyes off the clothes!

I wish I had a great story, but I really don't. It is quite simple actually; one day a friend of mine said I should make clothing so I did.
I wish I could say I started because I could not find any cute clothes for my kids, but surely that is not a problem. I wish I could say I am a "designer", but I pretty much just consider myself a girl who can't stop her brain from spinning.
The one thing I do not have to wish for is a great family and group of friends. These guys are what makes Matilda Jane rock. They are loyal and well-loved. They are also very patient for putting up with me and the ventures I pursue, sometimes on a whim. Oh, I do love them all.
