My sweet hubby turns the big 3-0 today (the 13th) and I turn 29 on Thursday- believe it or not we were delivered by the same doctor- we joke that he had our baby pictures on a board in his office side by side- that we were just meant to be together! Kevin is my favorite and I am sure David is your favorite too!
We are heading to Disneyland on Sunday- yet another one of my favorites- how about you? I love the sights and sounds- the sheer joy and thrill of being there- you should see my kids when we go- its Pure Love
Hoping Hoping Hoping for a win this week- all my alotted funds look to be going towards buying things for Miss Molly- but this aging mama could really use a new skirt (one that with any luck- will house a growing belly at some point this year!!!)

lol- so I guess your McD drink of choice has changed over the years- from orange soda (which will always remind me of summer bbq’s and the beach) to dtcoke- guess a girl has to watch her sugar intake (and the freshman 15 that never seem to fully go away;)

Just checking in after watching the Olympics. Did you know that watching the Olympics reminded me of you, because I met a dear friend from Switzerland because of you/MJC? Making friends must be your favorite. After all that’s been said, I think it’s safe to say your favorite is LIFE as you know it… all these little, yet profound things that make it so lovely. I’m gonna be deep, I’m just in that mood tonight. When my grandfather/best bud passed I got some really wise words from a lady from my church. She hugged me and said “don’t worry you will never forget his smell, the way he looked, or the way it felt to hold his hand.” She told me she lost her grandfather 35 years ago and she could still remember all those things. This is one of my favorites and I hope it can become one of your favorites too. The power of the memories, its true I can close my eyes and see his huge hand holding my little girl hand, every detail of his hand is still in my memories. …and to close my eyes and smell, wow it gives me chills.
Memories are a good favorite!
