For those of you who aren’t able to come to the 435 Art Fair, but are going to have a friend doing some shopping for you, please download and fill out the Credit Card Authorization form. Just like last year, this will allow your “personal shopper” to purchase things for you using your card so you won’t have to worry about settling up with her later. Of course, if you prefer to have your shopper pay for everything and the two of you work out the details later, that is fine too.
If you decide to use the Credit Card Authorization form, your shopper needs to have the form with her when she checks out at the art fair. Notice that the form also requires a photocopy of the front/back of the card. Please do not email or fax the form into our office. It must be in the hands of your personal shopper. The best advice is to download the form, fill it out, make the required photocopies, and then scan and email it to your lucky friend who will be attending.
