The girls of JAMESTOWN

Ya, what about this? When I do carpool in the morning I love to see all the little girlies in my clothes. It is so dang cool. So when Leslie emailed me this pic of Mrs (or Miss) Stephanie Johnson and some students I went nuts. Yup, they are adorable, absolutely fantastic.

We have a babysitter so we’re gonna go grab dinner and a movie. Ya, but I just ate a ton of jelly beans and I am not even hungry anymore…kinda ruined it, huh? Oh, oh, oh, good news, we are setting the deadline for the Art Fair contest back to May 10th. Pretty much just cuz we are sending out a newsletter and I wanted to give everyone fair share of time.

Love these 2 sweeties…and I love that Gabe is fast asleep on the couch!

Oh how I would LOVE to see all the little girls at my boy’s elementary school, dressed in MJ!It’s too bad you don’t have flyers that we can spread around the schools! ๐Ÿ˜‰
BTW…since the Hammond Bay line was realeased, I have ordered just about EVERYTHING! SO bad but SO good! ๐Ÿ˜‰
Enjoy your date night!

Sara - April 19, 2010 - 12:33 pm

I agree with Gran, our MJ washes up great. It is way too cute to save it just for special occasions…we wear it every day, sometimes multiple outfits, since I can’t stop buying it and want to wear everything…..there are so many cute combinations!

Bee - April 18, 2010 - 8:56 am

Oh…and it’s only when you click on it to see what sizes are available!

Bee - April 18, 2010 - 8:54 am

Denise…I don’t know if anyone noticed…but Adult Juniper Dress is spelled Adult”ujniper” Dress under The Goods. Just thought I’d say something just in case! ๐Ÿ™‚ BTW- My daughter is wearing her Tween Summertime Tank Dress to church this morning!!!!

gran - April 17, 2010 - 2:50 pm

Leia, our Matilda Jane girl wears her MJ clothes to play school almost every day. We have had really good luck in stains coming out. She had on one of her skirts when we colored Easter eggs and spilled the blue coloring over the front of the skirt (a lot of it got on the skirt). After a soak in cold water and liquid handwashing detergent it was as good as new.

Leia - April 17, 2010 - 10:26 am

Those moms are brave!! – sending their girls to school in MJ. I’d be SO nervous she’d ruin the beloved clothes-I know clothes are for wearing, but I can’t help but think about the ketchup, paint, dirt, etc while they are away ๐Ÿ™‚

Natalie - April 17, 2010 - 9:12 am

Perfect! Now I’ll for sure have time to get my MJ goods and get a picture off to ya with my entry. Thanks!

Holly's Mama - April 16, 2010 - 11:32 pm

Hope you had a fun date night! Tonight was my hubby’s bday and it was a milestone one. I won’t tell you how old he is now. Thanks for the extra time for the Art Fair contest. I need it. I have a good idea but I just need to find the time…

Farah - April 16, 2010 - 2:22 pm

Ahh I love those pictures, I just made my order today with my trunk keeper. And I’m so sad that the cookie tank is out:! and now I see all these girls wearing it reminded me of how sad I was:(
Enjoy your Friday date!! What movie you are going to see?

I know, I know, this is a pretty funny pic of Gabe. He is such a good poser lately. And tonite if he asks for one more glass of milk I may just lose my mind!

I’ll need to do a post about my bike, cuz I really like it. But 2 things are holding me back, 1, my pal Ali, you know the cool one? Ya, well, she’s gonna think I am a total dork being so excited about my bike when she rocks it! And 2, my other pal, Jenni. Jenni has the cutest bike and I must admit I try to ride 4 pedals behind her so one does not compare. But hey, I just ordered lights and an improved basket so the competition is on. So once I get it all dolled up, I’ll do a little photo-shoot!!

Well, David just walked in and said it’s movie time. Man, I so wish it was. Could you imagine if the work day really ended at 5. You know, no work, no homework, no yard work. NO WORK.

and yes, i am in love with my pink chair…

I am a Boutique Photographer in GA and I love Matilda Jane. Started carrying the collection here for my clients to use. I would like to be on the photographers we love list. Please contact me. I have located my trunk keeper and she is coming here tomorow so I can buy a ton of clothes for the studio. I have several images I would like to send you way that just came out gorgeous but wasn’t sure how to post them to your blog.
Thanks ,
Karen

Mary Kay - April 14, 2010 - 5:32 am

Denise, thanks for the quick response about the contest & returning items – totally understand! Can so relate to your whole getting gas story! My daughter started a new daycare- so my route from home, to daycare, to work does not take me past a gas station… always seem to be on empty! Our T-ball starts next week & I can not wait to sport my new beach bag full of goodies to keep my 3-year old busy while her brother is up to bat! Have a great day!!!!
