When I read your post yesterday morning, I immediately went to that site to donate. 9 years ago I lost my 35 year old sister to cancer, she was a mom to 2 boys and the most vibrant, fun loving person ever! No child should ever have to lose thier mommy, especially at a young. My heart goes out to this family, as I know all too well the long road they have ahead of them. The pain will never go away. No amount of money can take that heartache away, but it sure can ease the burden and make the greiving process be just that. They can focus on the important things and not the monetary worries. Thank you for all you do MJC!!

Beautiful Amber will be missed terribly by anyone touched by her. She was happy, truly happy.

With this it seems so unfair to say goodbye too soon.

Her babies will live in my thoughts daily. To grow up without her is a travesty. She loved them sooooo much.

I am proud to have known her for the time I did. I was one of the very first to sell her out outgrown size 2 Matilda Jane for her Emmie. Though our love for the clothing, our frienship blossomed. So many happy emails, posts and pm's between us.

I love you Amber! You will be treasured in my mind and heart for always.

Thank you for doing this. I hope my small contribution will help. My own mother was killed in a car accident, by a drunk driver, when I was 15. I felt like my whole world was ripped out from under under me. I'm very grateful you wrote this. <3 <3 <3
Much love to Amber's family.

Wonderful post. Wonderful call to action. Perfectly said. Thank you for giving us something to do when it is easy to feel powerless.

Thank you for this opportunity. I will also take this as yet another reason to remember to be in the moment and never take what we have for granted.
