There are some interesting points in that clause but I dont know if I see all of them eye to centre . There is some validness but I will take hold legal opinion until I look into it further. Good clause, thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner besides.

Hi,Denise~
I’m so excited for this opportunity. I’m a fellow designer and I actually was lucky enough to speak with you just a bit a few years back when I traveled solo to the art fair. I took a little mommy break for 24 whole hours and oh, my! was it ever fun to see you all in motion and meet you, even if in passing. My question: How did you get over that “hump” of being so small and having to fly nearly solo to being able to implement a sales force and a team on the home front? The $ balance between production and ordering fabric is so tight and then even thinking about putting together a “team” is mind boggling, but I know it can be done. I keep plugging away and doing my best to juggle my passion and my dear family. You are such an inspiration to me and so many others. If you’re able to answer me in any regard, even if just to say hello, I’ll be so tickled! p.s. it just makes my day when you post!!

having 2 kids… one with special needs and one without, how do you manage both of their needs without the other missing out on something? or leaving one feeling favored? or one feeling mad?
