About 9 months ago, while at Bust a Move Denise and I had a vision of wanted to host a similar event.

A event to help an organization who needed funding, love and support.

But who would we choose? There are so many deserving organizations who need all of the above.

It wasn’t seconds before Denise shouted out “Warm and Cozy.”

A event that our beloved Cheryl Brockman, owner  of A Party Apart,  a local party planning company here in Fort Wayne had started in the privacy of her own home.

For all who know Cheryl, know that she has an amazing heart. A givers heart who is so involved with so much in our community.

Cheryl started “Warm and Cozy” to help support our local Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center almost 4 years ago.

The event had been successful with bringing in donations, toiletry items and new clothes, but we wanted to help her do more.

It was three years ago when Cheryl introduced us to the FWSATC and “Warm and Cozy”, and I met Michelle for the first time.

Michelle and I were instant friends and I adore her more then words could say.

I am confident that Michelle and her team are making a tremendous difference in our community and when Denise

shouted “Warm and Cozy,” I knew she nailed it (She always does).

The past 9 months have been spent dreaming and planning a event that would not only get the word out,

but would raise money for a organization who often gets swept under the rug.

I can hardly believe that the time has come and the event will go live (September 26th).

Held on a beautiful rustic farm outside of town, we will have live music, food, drinks, live and silent auctions, camp fires and LOTS of great people.

Tickets are still available,  if you live in the Fort Wayne area.

1 for $40 and 2 for $75

Make it out to: FWSATC

and send to 4031 Merchant Rd. Fort Wayne, IN 46818 (Attention Kayla Henderson)

I look forward to seeing everyone there who supports the FWSATC and what they do for our community, we seriously can not thank you enough.

Whether is was through a donation, sponsorship, PSA or ticket sales, we thank you.

Because of everyone’s support we have already raised $26,090.

WOW I am amazed!!!!

The artwork for the sign is so beautiful. If you ever make it into notecards to raise more funds I would be in for a couple boxes for sure!

We are humbled by the support, work and love that Matilda Jane (my dear Kayla and Denise) , Cheryl, my friend from A Party Apart have done. No words available in the English language to express the gratitude. Love !
