November has arrived, and while part of us can’t believe it’s already here, the other half has been anxiously awaiting it for months! There is something unique about November — it’s a transitional month where it’s still technically fall, but it quickly starts to feel like winter. Once November 1st hits, it immediately starts the countdown to the holidays, with your window to squeeze in holiday shopping narrowing as each day passes. It’s also the time of year where your calendar suddenly starts to feel quite full between holiday preparations, shopping for gifts and the various occasions (both small gatherings and virtual parties)!
It’s clear that you have a lot on your plate this year and we want to help you out. We’re taking “outfit planning” off of your list of to-dos! Here are three outfit ideas for November and beyond, featuring some of our favorite new arrivals.
We can’t get enough of sweater weather, so it should come as no surprise that we’re in love with our new Evening Stroll Sweater! In a gorgeous marled knit, this sweater has a poncho-fit and longer length, making it the perfect pairing for leggings. Slip into some riding boots and your outfit is complete with just three simple pieces! We love this look for staying in or going out — it’s polished enough for Zoom calls and date nights, but comfortable enough to lounge around the house.
If you’re hosting for the holidays, it’s no secret that you’ll spend a lot of the day on your feet! You want to feel put-together, while staying comfortable, making everyone wonder how you manage it all! Our Fabulously Floral Dress is perfect for occasions like these — it’s dressy, flattering and oh-so-comfortable thanks to the soft, flowy Rayon fabric. Slip into some suede pumps with a low-block heel that create the illusion of being dressed up, while not killing your feet all day. Finish off your look with a pop of color through some statement earrings!
For some reason, holiday shopping feels different from shopping any other time of year. Holiday shopping feels more special, like an event in itself. You get a little more dressed up than your typical day of errands, and may even go with a friend, grab some coffee and make a day of it. For shopping days, easy layers and comfort are key. We recommend wearing a comfortable long sleeve top like our Enjoy The Party Tee with your favorite pair of jeans. A sturdy pair of ankle boots are a staple this time of year and the perfect pairing with casualwear. Keep the jewelry simple — we love a longer necklace with the peplum top. Lastly, layer on that vest if you’re feeling chilly!
