Denise and I both have head aches right now. I’m printing colors over, and over, and over and she is on the prowl for our 2011 Spring Models. To make ONE of our lives a little easier we have decided to do a Matilda Jane Casting Call for the shoot! We have been looking for the perfect girls that are colorful, sophisticated and a wee bit cheeky for our Spring Photo Shoot and we think you can help us out! If you’d like your darling daughter to be considered for a spot in our Spring 2011 shoot, you can email us at [email protected]. The Photo shoot will take place in Northern Florida in the beginning of November. We are looking for girls between the ages of 18m and 10 years. Picture must be 1000 pixels wide or less.

Notes: You will be compensated with 2 night hotel stay, 500 MJC gift card, and the pleasure of hanging out with us MJC girls (maybe Lynette will even cook for you?!). Travel expenses not included. Deadline is October 11 at midnight.

OMG!OMG!OMG! Ashley sooooo wants to be a MJC girl, its all she wares!!! We did manage to get some MJ in The Touchback, due out 2012 but you never know if your goin end up on the cutting room floor!! She has worn MJ to every audition and on every set she has been on and we get nothing but compliments from wardrobe but usually she looks to pretty and she has to be scaled down!!! Just a little shameless plug that my little sweetpea knows what its like to be in front of the camera!!!! Pick her, pick her…you have to ask for what you want, right!!! LOL

How many pictures can we send? I can’t wait to submit – choosing just one will be so tough! When I read the requirements, colorful and cheeky, I thought that’s perfect! Then, I told Kensingten what you were looking for and asked if she knew anyone like that, and she said, “Cheeky? Me!” She’s seven and one of her charms is that she actually knows what words such as cheeky mean! I can’t wait for you to see her, well, her picture anyway

So awesome! Thanks for the opportunity to enter! I thought I missed out on yet another MJC contest until I realized I still have time to enter – yay! My oldest DD wore her “cow dress” to the State Fair last weekend, and of course had people telling us how much they liked her dress. I caught her showing off her dress to… you guessed it… a cow… whispering up close, “See, I look like a cow, too” =) MJC is just so fun =)
