And the sun will come uuuup

Today is one of THOSE days. You know what I’m talking about. The days where you get up on the wrong side of the bed, put too much garlic in your breakfast burrito, spill your coffee on your cat, and you just KNOW that work is going to be a disaster. THOSE DAYS. Well, the good thing about those days at MJC is that there is always something OR SOMEONE around the corner just waiting to cheerĀ  you up! I mean it. I’m sure it has to do with Christmas and all the wonders of Spread the Love in the air, but I’m certain it’s the people too. Our girls. My friends. Oh, how I love them all. Thank you for cheering me up today by doing nothing but being yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!

Another amazing thing I should be all happy and excited about today? I received even MORE Spring 2011 photos today! OMG. When Denise says this is going to be the best collection ever, she means it. You know how much I love and adore You and Me? Well how about you multiply that by 4 and then add a million!

And to top it all off, we have a shipment of Spring that just arrived today! That makes 2 so far! Again I can’t tell you how cool it is to think that our girls in China packed up this truck, shipped it on a boat, and now it’s here with us in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It’s new home.

And to think, I was determined this was going to be a bad day.

LOVE, SAM

I also am having one of those days. I am sick, sick, sick. But my 8 year old is taking care of the 2 year old’s (who is in training) potty trips. He even offered to make lunch for everyone. All 3 older kids were quiet while the baby napped so that I could also nap. It is a rotten day but it does not take much to remember how lucky you really are.

Totally having one of “those” days today too. Didn’t get to bed until 1am because the dog ran off and rolled in something horrible when I let him out to do his thing before bed. So, he got a bath then the babe was up for the day at 3:30am *yawn* I left the house for a little “me” time after getting into a spat with the hubby and managed to get cursed out by some dude while I was trying to take a relaxing drive around the wildlife refuge. But the sun is shining now and I’m just going to focus on that :)

My mom tells me when she took me to see Annie in the theater as a kid I sang and danced in the aisle…. Love that song!

Spring is going to be so great!! Can’t wait! Thanks for the sneak peak!
