It is all amazing, but I have to say my favorites are the Bobbie Joe dress, Everyday Ethel, Brook skirt and Alison dress. Pretty much the cutest things ever. Really, though – everything ever made by MJ is pretty much the cutest ever.

The prints are fantastic and make me miss my 70s childhood, yet so 2010. I could see my girls wanting to wear this dress everyday. It is so sweet but looks like you could still beat the boys in a race wearing this. Love it!

I feel like a chicken with my head cut off – I keep refreshing this page hoping to see my name in print saying that I won something! Anything! I AM IN LOVE WITH ALL THE ADULT CLOTHING! The stillwater dress, lora pants, brook skirt and desi skirt have go to be my favorites in the new House of Clouds Adult Line. I am stocking this site hoping that I will be able to have a few pieces of the House of Cloud line. I so wish that I will be picked. I know I promised not to post again, but since it is the next day I thought it was ok. PLUS this just proves to you how darn much I love MATILDA JANE. I just could not resist! Plus it’s the next day so I meant that was the last post for yesterday! LOL I just picture myself walking around in a pretty dress from the House of Cloud collection or pants, skirt or really ANYTHING! Oh how I love the House of Cloud collection! There are so many posts already so I know that I should not get my hopes up, but I even had a dream about winning and I was so happy and the other day I had another dream how Denise allowed me to go to through all the clothes and pick anything I wanted. It was like super market sweep if you ever watched that show. You allowed me to go through for 1 minute and pick anything I wanted. Oh how I wish that had come true. I must admit I was disappointed when I realized that it had not come true. I just had to tell you about my dreams so that is why I just had to post again. A good laugh always is a good thing. up with the chickens! I guess that my favorite changed all night – that is the addiction showing itself! I got up once and typed on here – not sure what – But I think I remember it being the shrug – I loooove the shrug- my looove shrug – or to be more accurate – your looooove shrug – I was not able to get one – will try later! I spent half the night dreaming about the shorties coming out – I have hopes of trying to find the wiggle and giggle tank and a pinkie promise to wear with the shorties! We have three pairs of the same HB shorties and I can not see myself parting with them when the time comes! They have been one of the most used items we own. They are just sooo stinkin cute – she wore them last night to hip hop and it gives her the self-confidence she needs to get out there and have fun! They are just one of the best main pieces you all have ever made! Off to work – be careful those of you in the snow! We have three days of snow next week – eeeeeekkkk!!!! The Etakerina, may not have been your best seller but it’s the best you’ve made yet. Since yet Elegant, Make you think of Jackie Kennedy, some elegant and yet still classy and lady like.
Now as i looked over the whole thing 1000 times I can hands down tell you the best picture of them all… It’s funny it sold the set. She is adorable and look so sweet…… The little girl with those green envy ruffles and the Laundry top. Honestly, how could one look at that and not love it.

Favorites hmm…. So many but my daughter loved the Chelsa dress, but that didn’t happen and for her I loved the Helen skirt and shrug. Since our list was kind of a shot in the dark ( because so much was sold). Although we were blessed with other fantastic goodies that we can’t wait to get . This mommy only ordered for my cutie pie but I would have love to have the Farrah tank and the charcoal dress(can’t remember the name). As for me night night or better yet Moring! Yikes it too early for morning!

for my sweet girl, i heart the shasta-layered with the lagoon tee and with the envy ruffles (would the olivia cardigan be too much? it’s just so coooold here!!) & the brittany ballet dress-the long sleeves and paired with the jillians-perfect for our 1st dreary & bitterly cold canadian winter. brrrrrrr…..even the egg yolks are frozen right now. 😉 for me, i heart the fair weather cardi (cardi+lace=genius) and lora pants. oh yeah, i’m still jonesing for the ruby and finn skirt. 🙂 would love to see that in different colors too!

They are all my favorites! (My husband told me to say that because he knows me). I am a pretty decisive person normally, but with the MJ stuff I end up going in circles deciding! Even my husband is no help because he says it would all be cute on our daughter. My favorite for girls is the Shasta (which I ordered). It is very versatile. After that, the Roundabout is so pretty! My favorite women’s item is the Ekaterina. I knew I would order it as soon as I saw it here on the blog. My next favorite for women (and my 14 yr old wants) is the women’s Brook. Such creative stuff!
My fav for me is the Josie skirt. I LOVE it! The Bubble, oh so cute! Wish my newborn baby would fit it this summer…maybe I guess. I fell in love with Vivien as soon as I saw her. Seriously love the faith tee, and well, who can’t love the Jillian Big Ruffles!
I love the Vivian Roundabout… that shirt makes me think of field parties as a teen ager. Not that I want my 4 year old going to a field party, but I love it. So, I bought it. If I had to pick a favorite of things I didn’t get, I would have to say that I love the Brittany Ballet dress… just because who wouldn’t love the skirt on that dress as a little girl (or a big girl!).
Love the Bobbie Joe with Brady leggings for my 18mo old (and the Joy bubble), and Brittany, Emilia, Vivian for my 6yr old, and Lora pants for me. But I’m getting so fearful as days click by that my favorites are going to be sold out before my Saturday trunk show. Ahhh! I booked it for the 5th, assuming it would be safe, but I think the Bobbie Joe is already gone! bummer, glad you have more customers, but very sad too!

My favorite piece is the Shrug!!! It’s a classic piece that can and WILL be paired with all our Matilda Jane! I think the buttons add a bit of whimsy, and I can just see my 6 year old adding a few of her favorite pins on it too!

Well, I am a little late as usual but did want to share that we were SO excited about the new line and absolutely LOVED the Bobbi Jo and cannot wait til the shorties come out to go with it! So innocent and beautiful, perfect for both my little girls. Funny my oldest (4) like ANY outfit that had the pink shrug with it! I also wanted to thank you for the super duper fast shipping of our order and my oldest cheered when I told her the new outfits would be here by Monday!
This little chicken is smitten with the Helen skirt, but I was too late for it. 🙁 I just love how the colors **pop**! I am totally in love with the Vivian Roud About. The colors are absolutely gorgeous. We are going to Hawaii this summer, and I can’t wait for my girls to wear that with the shorties. It may be a sleeper, but I also love the color of the Lagoon tee.
I didn’t have the Allison dress on my list, but for some reason I keep thinking about it. Maybe that will be a favorite too!

I love it all…but I have to say my favorites in HOC are the Tween Emilia dress and Julia leggings. My daughter likes the tween Brook skirt and Cassi best though! All the peices make me smile though!! Denise, Help me out her I’m really curious if you by chance named the BEAUTIFUL Stillwater dress after the popular 70’s band Stillwater a little bit southern rock with a folk flare. Or maybe my favorite the popular Grateful Dead song called Ripple written by Robert Hunter. It’s one of my favorite songs and talks of Stillwater. If you haven’t heard it you should. Been on the road today so just now seeing the contest. Picked out several of the tween pieces for my MJ girl…………thinking the Emilia dress and tommy straightees may be the favorites but it is always hard to pick one or two favorites. Really like all of the line….the colors, the prints, the styles.
I am such a fan of the dot and fiona top and the jillian big ruffles… they are so me… er, I mean Bes. =) Major bummeroo that the top sold out in her size before my order got in. Sigh. And that Stillwater dress!?! My sole motivation for getting back into real clothes after I have baby Mae in March! Bring. it. on.

I love the way you mixed all these colors this season! Everything is so beautiful. You try it with one thing and it works and try it with another and it works! Super Sweet Collection, I would have to say my Faves are the My Love Shrug, OMG it is that precious bubblegum pink color and goes with everything. Another is the Emilia, what a perfect color of turquise, and The Chelsa takes my breath away, especially paired with the ballet leggings!! Can’t wait to get my order and see it all and try all the different combos, this is really a special collection!!

Love, love, love the Allison- it is such a timeless, classic dress. Very 1950s, which I love. I thought Field Trip was my favorite line, but HOC is right up there. I love the bright Spring colors to rock away these gray days!

She loved absolutely everything, but her favorite is the Emilia Dress!! Her exact words, “Mom, I just have to have this!! I promise I will wear my Matilda Jane!!” Sweet, sweet music to this mommy’s ears!!! I’m not ready for her to wear all of the grown up clothes that are out there!! One of my favorites of this new line would have have to be the OLIVIA cardigan. The colors are gorgeous and would look fabulous on my daughter with her red hair. A bonus is her best friend’s name is OLIVIA. The whole collection is adorable and I love the fact that there are some fabulous “tween” pieces.

How could I pick just one favourite? Like always I instantly fell in love with each and every piece of the line. Ruffles, bold patterns, fun colours, knots, aprons… what’s not to love? Though if I had to select just one, it would be the Chelsea dress. It looks like such an easy wear for a warm summers day, and I am a sucker for polka dots. Of course I would fall in love with the one item I can’t have. Sigh.

the Desi…it’s a simple design with a hint of refined craziness. the fish tree is a brilliant way to capture the spirit of spring when anything is possible…because who knows maybe some day fish will grow on trees!! and the Bernie tee is a great complement to the Desi skirt…it’s perfect for the office or everyday wear!

My faves are Tommy Straighties for my daughter and the Desi for me. Her faves are anything and everything that has a speck of pink. But my most favourite thing about MJC is Rachel Jordan who is always kind and thoughtful and it’s just nice to know that there is such a wonderful person out there on the other end of an email or a phone line.

A lady posted the still water and another lady posted the desi with the tank -then I saw the other tank with the gathered sides… I actually think I could wear those and feel great! Went to look at them all again to see what the tanks names were and it is just spinning and not going to the HOC page…. oh no–what’s up- hyperventilating… what is going on… why is it not working.. refreshing and nothing… worse than platinum’s refreshing an madness because you know it should be there!!!! going to turn off the computer – no more drooling over the pages about to short circuit it out! I LOVE LOVE LOVE (and have ordered) the Brittney Ballet with the Jillian ruffles. I saw that sneak peak on your blog and was ITCHING to get it.
But now I see everything else and am dying to get the Shasta knot dress with the Envy ruffles. But then there is the Everyday Ethel with the Audrey ruffles. AHHH… you’re driving me insane… I want it all 🙂 By far your best line.
I just love love love the Vivian round about top with the my love shrug!!! and of course the Lora Pants for Mommy. Beautiful work, MJ has out done theirselves again 🙂
Still water…still water …still water dress I love it so much I always spend all my money on my kids but I so want this dress it was love at first sight!!!! Seeing the eggs makes me miss my chickens we had to get rid of them a few months ago because our neighbor complained… I miss fresh eggs everyday.
I’ve got three adorable ‘chicks’ here in my house that would loooooove some more MJC! And a mama hen that loves MJC too. hehe
My personal fav. this season was the bobbi jo b/c all three of my girls will be able to wear it since it’s so versatle and freaking cute!! Also reeaally love the jillians since they will go w/ just about everything MJC. 😀
My favorites are the Dot and Fiona and the Jillians. One reason is because they are the first two pieces I saw from HOC, and they reminded me of cotton candy. You don’t get any sweeter than that! The other reason is that the blue on the Dot and Fiona reminds me of my baby girl’s big blue eyes!
I love the Shasta, the Briitany ballet and the envy ruffles. The thing that bums me is that the Chelsa dress only went up to a 6. My 6year-old is tall and needs an 8. I would love some of the girl items to go up to tween sizes so our taller girls can wear the cute stuff!
I love it all but I’d have to pick…Bobbi Jo, Eucharist we couldn’t get 🙁 and dot and Fiona…the whole line ROCKS though! Thanks for such beautiful clothes!!
I am a newbie to the Matilda Jane clothes. Sad, too, because my daughter is soon to be 11. Luckily a great friend forwarded me the link to the page of size 12 clothes. I love the Emilia dress. The color will look stunning with her eye color. And, I also love the adorable leggings pictured above. ORDERED BOTH IN A SIZE 12!! Hoping my daughter will fall in love just as I did!!

This line is so beautiful and I just never buy clothing for myself. I am always in sweats and to put on this clothing would make me feel beautiful and special. I LOVE the Shasta Knot Dress and the Dot and Fiona! I can’t decide which one I Love more! The Shasta is sweet and a little dressy and the Dot and fiona is just easy and fun and full of POLKA DOTS!!
My FAVVVVVV is the Brittany Ballet Dress…it’s the PERFECT Easter dress for a “cheeky” Minnesota gal! Every year I buy a dress without sleves for Easter, but we always end up needing something with sleves here in the chilly midwest. It’s perfect!

I am new to Matilda Jane clothing line and I’m in love already. I have spent about $500 already in the past 2 days and I haven’t even received my first piece yet. They are all just so cute. I really like the Allison and the Chelsa. Those are just to sweet, but everything I’ve seen so far, I’ve fell in love with!
Well this little chicken had an eggciting time at her first preview show. the clothes were eggcelent and very colorful just like the eggs my kids dye on Easter. Loved the Cassi tank and the polly and the vivian top.

we both loved the Brook and had to get it to match – that makes it so much fun! But when I reread the post and it says favorites…. that is such a hard decision!!! I went to a premier and bought my favorite there, the Brooks – then a close friend had a show and I bought my favorite (the Allison). When I got home I was like- oh I should have bought the Emilia – now looking at the pictures I think my favorite may be the Mu Love Shrug or the Brittany Ballet Dress!!! I think it will continue to change everyday!!!! My problem is – it is an addiction! I continue to find favorites everyday with MJC!!! The clothes are just so cute and so fun! I walked in work today wearing the Natalie skirt and SOOOOO many people told me that I looked really nice today – so tonight my favorite will be the Desi skirt!!! Oh how I wish I could afford it all 🙂
I thought I commented earlier but was on my phone and must have done it wrong. This whole line was adorable, but my almost 3 year old dd’s favorite is the Helen, I loved the Helen too, even though the sample size was too big Cheyenne didn’t want to take it off. Our other favorite was the Vivien what a beautiful piece. Sadly we missed out on the Helen but we got the Vivien and many other pretties as well.
The Bobbi Joe is my absolute favorite…so far, of course…got a glimpse of the catalog,and am DROOLING over the Wheatling dress! Cannot wait to see it in person!

Love this line. It is my favorite since Hotline and Anticipation. My favorite was immediately the Emilia. it was a perfect color and a perfect cut for my 5 year old. Sweet, girlie, and a bit od sassy. finally something we can agree on…actually, we agreed on a lot…the Allison,the pollys, the casi, and the chelsa. i see lots of mornings without arguements over clothing. thank you!!!!!
I would say the Chelsea was my favorite followed by the Allison and then the Vivian. I thought long and hard about the Farah top for me since it’s my name but I wanted my little one to get more stuff! We LOVE the pink shrug but I had to let it go in my order! I just couldn’t get it all! GREAT JOB LADIES!!

i love the envy big ruffles! we LOVED our green parallel ruffles and we were broken hearted when they met an untimely fate during a fall in a parking lot and ended up with a skinned knee and a sad hole. I still keep them even though she can’t wear them because i LOVE the so much, but I’m so thankful to have an almost replacement for them and it even has the aqua stitching!!!

The shasta knot dress is my favorite with its beautiful contrasting colors. It makes me think of a beautiful watercolor print. I paired it with with the Jillian ruffles. This was my first MJ purchase! Thanks so much for sweet and original designs!

Well I do have my faves, about 6 of them but more importantly is my daughters fav. She adores the Chelsa, she said it twirls like a princess, is cozy like her moms arms and is “MY FAVORITE & MY BEST!!”. and yes she screams it
BOCK BOCK…I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off for that Chelsea…as was everyone else apparently so I won’t count my chickens before they hatch! Also, to continue with the chicken humor, I will be madder than a wet hen without the Lora pants!!! and one more…I’ll be walking on eggshells until I find out if I got that Ethel.
The Bobbi Jo (hope I get it!) is beyond adorable; I love anything with a tree print. Also loved the Chelsa (of course) and the Fiona dn Dot. And, although I didn’t get it (I’m having a show in April and hoping it’s still available) I love the Emilia because of the color and the name. Beautiful stuff.
Well….it’s impossible to pick a Favorite…..it’s all tooooo cute!!! But my daughter went to a show on Sunday and she loved the women’s line of clothing, but she never gets anything for herself….she loves Matilda Jane. She is a great Mom and Daughter and I am so proud of her…It would be wonderful if she would reward herself every now and then…

Just like everyone else, I truly love it all! I purchased many pieces from the collection, 10, I think, but I’m sad that I missed seeing the Tommy Staightees at the premier party. I have to tell you that I love my daughter wearing your straightees; they are good dressed up and down. She wears them for preschool play and picture day. I also wasn’t able to purchase the Envy ruffles and Everyday Ethel. These pieces, like all the rest, look so sweet, but a girl has to make choices sometimes–darn! Thanks for everything. My daughter, my husband, and I (and everyone else) love your clothes.

Ok, for once I am going to say a mommy piece and not a little lady piece (gasp) but my favorite are the LORA PANTS!!!!! These have seriously made my YEAR! I have such a hard time finding length with pants and now MJ pants are LOOOONG! I love it! I Love it sooo much! It’s like a dream! I know, I’m a dork but I’ll be a dork with pants that reach the ground!! 😉

I love the allison the vivien and the leggings for my kids as for the mommy pieces I love the Farrah tank, the Lora Pants and the Brook Skirt. I reallly love it all but if I had to choose.
All the pieces are “good eggs” but my favorite is the Allison Dress. It reminds me of a dress my grandmother made for me when I was a little girl. Classic, simple….the perfect egg! Of course my little chicken had to have it.

I LOVE the “My love shrug” and the Faith tee. I purchased the Audrey and Ethel and the Emilia dress, can’t wait to get em’! My daughter Gigi is in LOVE with the Emilia dress and has big plans to wear as soon as it arrives. I tried to explain we will be saving this dress for warmer weather, her response was “I can wear a long sleeved shirt under it!Mom”.

I love the Olivia Cardigan with all the different fabric covered buttons! Love the Joy Baby Bubble, super adorable. Love the Fair Weather Cardigan, very Anthropologie! Vivian Round About is Stunning. The bright colors in the ethel top made me smile. And…wow…the polly straightees with the beautiful waistband and gorgeous buttons sold me immediately. It is always the little details for me…the ribbon, the buttons, the sash, and well…you also have fabulous fabrics – it was all done very well:)

I LOVE LOVE the Jillian ruffle pants. Those caught my eye for sure. I can’t get over the cuteness of the drawstring on the legs. I love that they will go with everything that I bought-the shasta, the dot and fiona, the roundabout…I could go on and on. I also CANNOT WAIT to put the bubble on my baby girl when we go to FL in the Spring!!

I just love the colors you have chosen for this line – they are all so SPRINGY! It makes me think of Easter bunnies and blue skies and of course, clouds!!! 🙂 I so desperately wanted the Helen for my little pea but it was gone before I was able to get one. My daughter loves the Emilia dress and Brandi leggings. She’s 4 and put up quite a fight at Sara’s preview party when I told her we had to leave the Emilia dress there. I think I’m going to have to get out of my box and try the Brook skirt, I’m not a skirt girl but I really really love this one. PS…Thanks for making the Lora pants so long, I’m ecstatic to get them.
AHHHH what is not my fave! I absolutely love this line for myself and my daughter. Here are just a few! Bobbie Jo, Chelsa, Allison, Vivian Round About Top, and the dot and Fiona Peasant top. For mommy I love Lora Pants, Farrah Top, Fair Weather Cardigan and the Ekatrina Dress. Wow I’m ready for spring/summer!!!!!! 🙂
Well I pretty much love everything…ordered the Vivian and Ethel because I HAD to have those. Love the Allison too…ALWAYS love it when you do a new style!! Mmmmm…now I’m thinking scrambled eggs for lunch 😉

I love this whole line! But I will say that the Adult pieces are fabulous! My fav is the Desi skirt!!!
I so thought I did not need anymore knots, but oh my word!!!! The shasta is “egg”cellent!. Love the Apron on it! And of course the Dot and Fiona with the Jillians are “egg”strodinary. I was hoping to get the Juniper to match all the great colors in this line, but the medium was gone!!! So bummed-I have the Larkspur and love it so much, I really needed to get it in another color! have an “eggs”tra special day!

Wow! My mind is “scrambled” trying to choose!! 😉 I think the Chelsa is adorable for my little one, and though I never considered myself a “shorties” type, I can’t WAIT for those to come out so that I can pair them with it! I had a difficult time not buying the Emilia for BOTH my girls, but I got it for my 9 year old. She loves that it is not too “babyish,” as she puts it, and I love that it is still ruffly and precious and NOT too grown up! Those are just a couple of my faves. Overall, this line makes me feel “sunny-side-up!!”

Let’s start with the Ladies the Lora pants and the Farrah tank. For the girls I really love the vivian roundabout, the Julia ruffles and the both of the leggings can’t decide which I like better.

Speaking of wearing my ruffles today and so far its definitely better than yesterday. Must be the pants and all the compliments I get in them; )
Love the Allison dress (i’m drawn to it for my 6 year old, it’s her) with the Julia or Brady Capri leggings for a fun funky twist on the outfit that is truly my daughter! Top it off with the My Love Shrug for perfection:) Matilda Jane makes putting together an outfit so fun. And i am in love with the Stillwater dress, so feminine and colourful and i think i could pull wearing it off through my 2 and 3rd trimester (maybe it’s a stretch but one could hope!). Truly though, i love it all and love how well everything can be mixed and matched.
I ordered lots of goodies, but, I have to say the thing that I’m MOST exited about getting is my Desi skirt!!! Oh, I can hardly wait for it to get here! But were you talking about a fave piece for my girl? For her…mmmm….what did I order again? SO much…I do love the Vivian Roundabout! Can’t wait to see that on her (once we get out for the gazillion feet of snow we have!) I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the Allison dress. That is so sweet and girlie. Can’t wait to get that one as well!

I’m in love with Dot/Fiona and Landry AND the ENVY RUFFLES!!!! I didn’t get them because they didn’t come small enough, but they are a beautiful color and the stitching is adorable! That green makes me so happy!

I love love LOVED the Shasta knot dresses for my almost one year old and my seven year old chickies but they didn’t both fit in the budget. Instead, we went with different coordinating pieces for each of them and now I’m just waiting for those adorable shorties for the littlest chick 😉
For me or for one of my girls! =D I cant seem to pick a fave between the Bobbie Joe or the Brittany Ballet Dress! I love them both so much! My Janie is SO into trees these days! She draws them on everything! She told me she couldn’t wait till they were green again, so the Bobbie Joe reminds me of her and where her little mind is, but the Brittany Ballet dress IS SO PRETTY too!!!!
And then there is the Ekaterina dress!!!! I LOVE THAT DRESS!!!!

OK I have to giggle a little at Jennifer (third from the top)I too only have one girl but I have ten boys!!! So imagine how I crave little girl clothes. I hovered over my computer all day February 1st so I could get dibbs on my favorite clothing ever! I mean what is not to love!!! Still I do have my favorites the Allison love those BUTTONS!(couldn’t get the chelsa all sold out….so sad)

I think my favourite was the Bobbi Jo – but I was worried about the small sizes – no 8 or 10. I didn’t even think of trying a 6 as a top until the show I ordered with was closed. Now I am excited about seeing what comes out next month. I would love to see a tiered knot dress !

Hmm…hard to pick a favorite, maybe the Brooke skirt. I think I ordered almost every single piece. I missed out on the Chelsa dress and Helen skirt though…bummer. I think this is my all time favorite collection with all the bright colors!
Being a tactile person, it’s realllly hard to choose a favorite without touching the fabrics, or seeing it up close and personal! If I went by pure gut instinct? I’m going to have to go with the Bobbi Joe for my girlies, because it is simple and sweet and will be a piece I know they’ll wear over and over again! I’m anticipating the mommy Brook skirt to be MY favorite….thank you MJC for having a great adult collection too! 🙂

Oohhh…I have so many favorites–I LOVE the Everyday Ethel, but we ordered that already, and cannot wait to see it on my daughter! I wish now that I had ordered the Envy ruffles and the Landry top….definitely adorable….maybe on my next order? My daughter’s all time favorite piece (that we already own) is her Gypsy Blue Molly skirt—she loves to twirl in it—and would wear it everyday if I let her! How do I even choose? If I had to pick favorite, it would be the brittany ballet dress…beautiful pink and green spring mix, and I just can’t stop looking at those pictures! Imagining my 4 year old in it…
I LOVE the adult BROOKE skirt!!!! I bought 13 pieces, and NONE of it’s for me. How does that happen?!? That skirt *IS* me. Artsy and flowy…a little bit of this, a little bit of that…a whole lot of stuff going on..but when you look at the big picture…it’s an eclectic symphony. (Hey, I think I just pre-wrote my own obituary. Ha ha!)

I just love the bobbi jo and jillian ruffles…really I just love it all 🙂 Cant wait for the shorties. As you will see my order I pretty much loved everything, was on the fence about the Chelsa and when I made up my mind I wanted it, it was too late :(. My sweet adorable Belle, won’t eat eggs, but am hoping this year at Easter we can try some deviled ones again 🙂
The whole collection is just yummy! Fantastic color combinations! I have to keep looking a the pictures of the outfits because they just make me smile. I could never pick one piece over another they are all so special. When I showed my daughter which pieces I ordered for her she squealed with delight and ask “where are they?” I am so happy my daughter appreciates art in all forms and Matilda Jane is pure art! I would have loved to have gotten my daughter the Chelsa dress if it had come in 10, love it love it! Once again a fantastic collection!!

My unexpected favorite (simple) combo was the Dot & Fiona top with the Envy Ruffles. I love that the blue stitching on the ruffles ties into the top without being over the top matchy-matchy. 🙂

Well im feeling lucky. It’s all about eggs for me this week. We are monitoring a nice one now and tomm. If the stars are lined up right they will be able to go in and get that egg, fertilized it, and put it back in next week. I would love to wake up from anesthesia tomm to see that I won something. Which reminds me. My fav is for sure the Bobbi Jo. I’m a wanna be hippie and my kids go to a nature preschool. So the tree print is a big hit at our house.

Elena fell in love with the Chelsea dress and the Emilia dress because she LOVES wearing dresses! The more twirl the better! So, like each season, my budget went to Elena’s wardrobe and Mommy is left wishing upon the Lora Pants and Stillwater dress! Oh well….anything for my princess!

WOW at the comments already here! Well, I did get a few of my favorite items, but there were some that I couldn’t get because let’s face it, it is all WONDERFUL and I just couldn’t buy that much. I was able to get the Dot and Fiona, Jillian Big Ruffles and Emilia for both my girls. These were items that were at the top of my girls’ list so they came first! : )
Some of my other favorites I didn’t get are the Brittany Ballet dress (LOVE this just like we LOVE our Francine from FT!!), Shasta Knot dress, Chelsa Dress, Brook Skirt, and Julia Leggings for the girls. For the mommy pieces, which sadly I wasn’t able to get any, my favorites are the Brook Skirt, Desi Skirt, Mindy Tank and Stillwater Dress.
I tell you, I just need to win the lottery to support my MJ addiction because I would seriously love every single piece of the collection for both the girls and the mommy pieces…and the girl’s stuff would be two of everything since I have two little princesses!
How fun! Well, it according to Sadie, my favs do not matter ;-p However, her favorite items were the Allison dress, the Helen skirt, the audrey ruffles, and that cozy pink wrap top. Any picture that had that top in it she said she loved… For instance when she saw the Shasta knot she said she didn’t like it, but when she saw the pic of it with the wrap, she suddenly loved it, lol! This is from my 4yr old fashionista, and boy is she opinionated. I was on a tight budget, but was able to get her the Allison dress for her upcoming 5th birthday (march 7th). I know she will be thrilled!

I seriously love EVERY piece…the spring collections are always my favorite, always so light & airy & breezy & FUN! One of my very favorite outfits is the Everyday Ethel paired the Audrey ruffle pants…my girls wore their Ethel shirts so much last summer & they are such a perfect “go-to” shirt for comfort, style & sparkle! Great for the HOT summers we have here!

Don’t want to “put all my eggs in one basket” so the Chelsa, The Tommy Straightees and the Everyday Ethel 🙂 For this chick I ordered the Desi skirt which is fabulous. I can’t wait for the Mia Tee and sweetness shorties! Oh and that Teaberry is to die for 🙂

My favorite for me is the Desi skirt. Of course I didn’t buy it because I bought my daughter stuff instead! My favorite for my daughter is the Allison dress. I was surprised by this dress when I saw it at a show. I like the sparkly thread ribbon at the bottom. I also like that my daughter can wear it with the buttons in the front or the back. The blue flower buttons are so cute! Of course now that I submitted my order I keep thinking about that tree print. I wish I had gotten either the Bobbi Jo or the Tommy pants. I guess since I keep thinking about them they are my new favorites for Holly.
My favorite little girl piece is the Vivian! So versital and goes with so much :)…my favorite mommy pieces is the Desi skirt. Can’t wait to get mine!!! Thanks for making such beautiful clothes for little Charlotte and me…Hugs 🙂

Denise, Just one more thing I want to say is that every since the House of Cloud collection has come out all I have been doing is wishing. I go to the Matilda Jane site several times a day and look at all the beautiful clothing. Like I said in my previous post, I LOVE photography and to have some pieces of the House of Cloud collection would be outstanding. The Dot and Fiona Peasant top would just bring out those blue eyes. I absolutely love the pictures that Skye and Jami take. Skye always has all her clients wear Matilda Jane and those pictures are priceless and so beautiful. MATILDA JANE JUST BRINGS OUT THE SWEETNESS IN THE LITTLE GIRL! Pictures make such great memories! I sure hope that I can meet you one day! Hope you enjoyed your eggs and have a great day. I just want you to know how much I appreciate this opportunity to get some HOC clothing for my pictures. I love outside pictures so the HOC collection would fit JUST RIGHT!

OMG how can one pick a few favorites when it is all absolutely adorable. The colors are beautiful. Just to name a few I love the Allsion dress, Envy Big Ruffle Pants, Cloud Nine Shrug, Shasta Knot, and Julia Leggings. Oh and I love the accessories paired with the outfits in the lookbook even though they are not for sale.

Well, I thought I was going to get off easy this time around! When I showed 21-month old Jewels the pictures, she just oooohhhhed & ahhhhhhed over … the balloons and jewelry! **smile** Daddy said she could have a truck full of those if that’s all we were going to spend, but mummy thought otherwise. Seriously, though, I truly had problems deciding exactly what to choose … until I thought to realize that she’ll only be a baby once; thus, my #1 choice for “Julianna Joy” was of course, the “JOY” baby bubble (which she thinks was named after her — and I’m not telling her otherwise!). It will be so sweet & adorable for summer, in addition to the Helen skirt/Cassi tank which is just perfect for littles (and she really cooed over the picture of the “little girl” in the look-book). Although the mummy collection is lovely, I’ve had enough years to focus on myself and instead chose to indulge my daughter just a little bit more with this lovely line. I love the brooke skirt. It was not even on my radar from the sneak peaks but the second I saw it, my daughter had to have it. I have loved the dot and fiona since the first picture you posted and adore it with the polly staightees. My favorites are rarely the things that sell out but I still love them to pieces!

It’s hard to pick out faves as I had to cut my list down so much. 🙂 I LOVE the Emilia Dress, The Allison Dress, & the Vivien Round About Halter the most & I bought all three of them, because I needed to be sure that my daughter had them. Three things I REALLY loved that I was unable to get are the Allison Dress for my Mom. She LOVES it so much & was so excited to think she could coordinate with my daughter, but she doesn’t have the financial ability to order it. It would look so cute on her, too! I really Loved (& I mean BEYOND loved) the Ekatarina Dress, but of course only ever order for my daughter, lol. Why is it that we can never justify spending money on our own clothes, but we spend tons on our 2 year olds? LOL. And, for my daughter I would have gotten the Tommy Straighties (I’m hoping they don’t sell out, so I can grab them at some point in the future). 😉 TONS of good stuff!!! Deneise & girls, you have WAY BEYOND have out done yourselves with the adorableness of this collection. I LOVE the deep rich colors. This is definitely my favorite line! 🙂

They are both pretty. And my goal this year is to put a little more focus on dressing myself as cute as I do my sweet daughter. Momma wants to look good too. 🙂

The Adult pieces are fantastic this time around – maybe my all-time favorite! I spend all of my MJ money on my daughter (go figure!) so seldom buy anything for myself. I would wear them all – the Ekaterina is just stunning and the Fair Weather cardigan is so fun – I’m a cardigan loving gal! The Josie (I am so so tempted – makes me want to go take salsa lessons for some reason), the Farrah, I love the Stillwater dress with a belt – I may have to give in for once and spend some $ on myself!

Oh my! I loved so much. This I think might be my favorite line ever. I got a few of the pieces I loved but if I could have I would have loved to have much more. I got my first Mommy MJ piece the Brook Skirt and also got one for my daughter so we could match! How cute is that! Love you MJ for that! I wished I could have gotten some more mommy MJ for me. Oh yeah and that Ethel top, I am so excited to see that on my daughter. It looks so sweet! I could go on and on. Love me some MJ! 🙂

my absolute favorite has to be the brook – that way my little chickie can look just like her momma hen!!! We have loved your clothing line ever since we were introduced with Hammond Bay! I have to have the large skirts and do not seem to fit well in the Large tops (a bit snug) – so we have treasured the matching skirt sets and fabric! DENISE, I can not tell you how beautiful all the clothing is. I love the HOC collection as well as all the previous collections. This collection is just so sweet. Let me give you a few reasons why I think you should choose me as well as some others. I LOVE photography and MJ clothing brings out the best of these sweet little girls and boys. The pictures are priceless with MJ clothing. Pictures make wonderful memories and to have a few pieces of the HOC collection would make the picture just that much beautiful. If I could I would buy the whole collection, however I am not able to do that. My funds will not allow that. I love the whole collection so I picked some of my favs. This is such a great opportunity and if you choose me I would be so grateful. I love the Everyday Ethel with the Audrey Ruffles,something about the cut makes my 3 1/2 year old, Molly Kate, still seem like a little toddler, even though she is getting a big girl personality so fast. The way the ruffles ‘swish’ just makes me want to squeeze all that cuteness! Thank you Denise and company! Love the girliness (is that a word) of the Chelsa too and the ribbon on the Allison makes the dress!

Seriously, there was nothing I didn’t love. The colors and styles this release are just a-m-a-z-i-n-g! That being said if I had to play favorites (kinda like picking a favorite kiddo) then it would have to be the Chelsa with the Ballet leggings and the Allison dress. So cute and adorable! I also love the Desi skirt … but didn’t get it because somehow the kiddies always trump the mama! You mamas know what I mean. 😉

Even though I decided not to buy another knot, the Shasta was so pretty IRL that I had to get it!! Loved everything but the Bobbi Joe stood out, also Chelsea. Really loved the Allison because it was different for you, but was not sure of the sizing. I really did dig the Brook Skirt and the solid color top since it will be perfect for early spring and even into fall! Loving the colors and can’t wait for the next releases so I can get the ruffles and shorties..Oh! The Vivien was stunning!!

I’m totally in love with the Desi skirt, for an awesome go-to but the Ekaterina is amazing as well! Though since I’m a momma now, I usually end up only buying for my little girl of course 🙂 I would have loved the Chelsa for her, but… she is getting the Vivian (love, love it!!) and the Emilia (so flippin’ cute). Of the kids pieces, the Bobbi Jo and Vivien are my favorites. I just love all the colorful prints! This line really grew on me. The adult pieces were just gorgeous! I wish I could’ve ordered more. Keep up the great work! Can’t wait for future releases!

I LOVE the Brittany Ballet, but living in Florida, I wish the sleeves were shorter even just above the elbows. We got it in a 4 for right now while the weather is still cool, but I would love it in a 6 with shorter sleeves for summer. If you want to experiment, we’d be happy to test out a short sleeve version for you 🙂 Oh and the Desi skirt is to die for. Tried it at the premier and ordered it right away. Can’t wait to get it!

I loved (and ordered) the emelia dress & vivian roundabout for my daughter and the farrah and desi for me. the only other thing I really wanted were the lora pants but heard from my friend who went to a show they ran really long…probably too long for a vertically challenged momma like me!
I loved the Joy bubble for my youngest! So precious! I also loved the Bobbie Jo, but I’m on a major budget so it was not one I got right now.

How in the world do I choose? I love it all!!! You really outdid yourself this time, Denise. I think I actually like the adult pieces more than the girls this time. I am a Special Education teacher and have fallen in LOVE with the clothes for me. They are so comfortable yet dressy enough for my job. In my line of work, comfort is a must and then there is that darn dress code we have to follow so Matilda Jane has been the perfect solution. I have on my black velour ruffles today. It’s so cold here in Mississippi today(expecting snow/ice later today), and these pants are so warm and cozy today. Okay, I am getting off the subject as usual, so back to my faves from House of Clouds. Well, I haven’t seen the actual pieces in person yet cause my trunk show is this weekend, but from the views online, I am really digging the EMILIA DRESS and JULIA LEGGINGS paired together for my daughter Madisyn and the FARRAH SHIRT and McKENZIE PANTS for myself. And I would probably pair the FAIRWEATHER CARDIGAN with it for work to make sure I am in compliance with that darn dress code we have. Everyone at work has LOVED my MJ clothes, and I am hoping they all buy lots for themselves at my party this weekend. I like feeling special and unique and all at work, but I wouldn’t mind sharing the MJ love with all my teacher friends here too. Oh, and my students can’t wait to see what I am going to have on each day. They even know about Matilda Jane now. So really hoping I get some new outfits to WOW them with. They call my Myrtle Ruffles my pajama pants…lol…every time I wear them.

I thought the Bobbi Jo was my favorite until I saw the Allison dress in person and totally fell in love with it. I can’t wait to get it. I love that you can wear it frontwards or backwards with all the buttons! I can’t wait to pair it with a white button up collared shirt and rain boots! I just finished making a big country breakfast complete with biscuits & gravy, bacon and EGGS! YUM! Back to the important stuff…My faves would have to be the Envy ruffles, Shasta knot dress and Julia leggings! I’m one of the luckies that got the Chelsa, but missed out on one of my other favorites, Helen 🙁 Shasta and Ethel are completely adorable, too. Like others, I cannot WAIT for shorties!
It’s a hard pick b/t the mommy dresses, but my daughter would love to match her mommy…she wants me to wear the Stillwater, for her the Shasta Knot dress & for baby sister the Joy Baby Bubble. Of course twin brother said that since there are no boy clothes, that he could “just wear the headband & be super handsome”!
what a hard decision to make…especially when you are indecisive like me! I was in such a hurry at the trunk show that I think I missed out on a favorite…the helen skirt. There was just so much to look at…and she got overlooked…poor girl, she is so pretty too. But from what it sounds like, lots of mommies grabbed her for their little girls, so sounds like she will be taken care of. :)BUT…I did squeeze my 16 mo. old into that baby bubble and she better not grow between now and this spring…because she will get stuffed in it no matter what! It is too stinkin cute!!!

My hubby and I decided this Tuesday that we are going to have a competition to see who can lose the most weight and now that the House of Clouds has came out with so many beautiful pieces you have encouraged me to try even harder! My favorites are the shasta knot dress (i always love the knots), the dot and fiona peasant, jillian big ruffles and the brook skirt……. this collection is a complete hit though so it is really hard to pick favorites, it mixes all of our favorite colors all into one line!!!!!! You know you can’t choose a fave mjc piece, so here’s my wish list: I dig the mighty acorn shirts for my boys, the brook skirt (both girl and adult), the Ann Marie and Sara tops, heart the campy tank dress, the mj exclusive adult skirt and the fair weather cardigan, throw some Sabine leggings in there and we’re set. Gosh that was really hard to narrow it down even just to those few!

I absolutely LOVE the entire collection! I would have to say its my favorite collection in a while. But a few items that stand out above the rest is the Brittney Ballet Dress and the Jillian big ruffles with the Dot and Fiona Peasant Top! The Shasta Knot Dress is pretty fantastic as well! This collection is PERFECT!
Another one I wish I could buy is the Farrah tank. It seems like it would be really versatile.

Out of the 13 things I ordered, I LOVE the vivian! I wasn’t sure about it from the pics. But when I saw it in person on tried it on dd, swoon!!!
I love eggs and those remind me of when I was a little girl gathering brown eggs from our Bard Rock chickens. Now I can honestly say that I don’t think chickens are the smartest animals on the planet but what they produce is just amazing. Doesn’t it amaze you how that hard shell covers the egg and it rarely breaks when it’s laid. Ok so that was totally off topic, lol.
I love the colors of HOC, how can you not when we just got 25cm of snow yesterday, Spring can’t come soon enough. But I would have to say that I absolutely adore the Brittany Ballet dress (perfect for our Canadian Spring), but also love Julia leggings and the Vivan Roundabout. I can’t wait to see what’s coming out for the next releases, hoping for a Maggie Baby, please!

My fav is the Chelsea dress and the Bobbi Jo. I was so sad when I had my show yesterday and couldn’t get a 6 in either!!! They were what I was most excited about and building off of. My dd will no longer wear anything in a woven fabric, only knits, so none of the other dresses except for the Emilia (which I got) would work for us. SO VERY SAD!!!

I have been sitting here thinking and it’s so hard. I have twins girls that are almost two and I love dressing them different, but also so they go together. When I go shopping other places it’s hard to find things that go together that are equally cute.MJ it’s great they have there own personality in the clothes but match. It makes me happy because I think they look equally cute and I do not have to worry which one I dressed cuter. So for this reason I have to pick it all. I wish I had the money to buy it all. I swooned over Bobbi Jo- love at first sight! SO those Tommy Straightees are also at the top of my list. The TREES! The Trees! Those glorious Trees! (name that book) I also can’t stop thinking about that adorable Landry top with Envy Ruffles… because some of my favorite MJ moments are when she picks the most comfiest, no fuss outfits and winds up drumming up some of the most compliments. These are some of my favorite colors…perfect for coloring Easter eggs:) The Vivien is my favorite right now although you need to ask everyone again after they have received their goodies. For kids, the vivien and audrey were my must haves. For adults, the desi followed closely by the ekaterina!
I have my own favorite pieces–Dot and Fiona, Tommy Straightees, Jillian BR–but most of all I love that in almost 200 comments (so far) there’s no clear and away favorite. I love that so many of my friends placed orders and only a few pieces were double bought. Everybody loves what they picked out but there are enough amazing styles, fabrics, details that everyone gets to feel unique and eggs-tra special!
You know those license plates we put on the back of our bikes as kids? Well I never had one because my parents decided to give me a unique name back when that was so not cool! So since we carry all our childhood “issues” (!!) with us forever, I named my kids somewhat mainstream names. When my Jillian saw those gorgeous pink ruffles with her name on them it was a great moment! They are our favorite and are on my must have list. Thanks for making my Jilly Bean’s day. She feels pretty special right now and I just love that.

Speaking of eggs…. Our family HENS are now up to 13 eggs per day. We started at getting only a few per day from the little sweeties. The best thing about laying hens is getting to share eggs with friends. Dropping a dozen fresh eggs off to a friend always recieves a smile!!

I love all of the House of Clouds collection. The blues and greens are simply divine. To pick one fav is so hard, but I would say its mostly likely the Emilia. Love the soft fabric that flows so gracefully. Plus the color makes my dd’s eyes just sparkle.

Honestly, Everything is just gorgeous. I had three must haves the Emilia, Chelsa, and the Vivian Roundabout top with the Pollys ( I have 3 girls under 3). Unfortunately, I was unable to get the Chelsa, so I got the Everyday Ethel and pink pants, but believe me, I am not complaining. I have to say that you must have a VERY thorough process of selecting the right TKs because mine seriously kept her cool and was super sweet through the whole crazy process. So cheers to you for taking the time to get the right people in the right positions!
My favs are the Ethel, Shasta Knot (and Brady leggings), and Vivien :). Maybe I’ll be lucky enough to win something.

Like others, I have to say that picking one outfit is almost impossible. Part of me wants to be original and say something that no one else may have said yet. But in all honesty it has to be those Tommys. I fell in love with them the moment I saw my first sneak peek. I just knew I had to have them, I mean Hello?! Little cute bushy trees, the same kind I still draw at 31! Love them! I will be putting them with our Cassi, Mia, Dot and Fiona, Lagoon tee… The list goes on ! These are the best!
I absolutely love the Emilia dress, and the Brittany dress for my 3 year old. She went through the catalog, herself, and picked out the green envy pants and the landry shirt! I am pregnant and due in August and don’t yet know what I am having or I would be ordering the bubble, as well. It is ADORABLE! I am so excited and can’t hardly wait for my new House of Clouds to arrive (and to find out what baby #2 is going to be)!

Wow! Hard to choose. My daughter has had the catalog in her hand for three days. Even sleeping with it under her pillow. It’s wrinkled and torn and food stained…but, her favorite is the Chelsa. Mine is the Landry top with the Audrey ruffles. Can’t wait to get our order!

Ok, I have never been on here before but we our snowed in Chicago and my wife let me know about this (well all) contest. She can’t stop talking about these clothes and gave me a list of her favorites, so this is easy. Audry Ruffles, Bobbie Joe Dress, Joy Baby Bubble and Landry Top. She even has my list from #1 being her first pick. She loves this company and I would love to win this contest for her.
My absolute favorite is the audrey ruffles. The print is TDF, the awesome light weight fabric and oh my that pocket. Totally perfect!
My favorites never seem to be the “must have items”. I fell in love with the Emelia from the start! I ordered one for my DD and one for my niece, plus the jillian ruffles because they just love to match!

I must admit I really like the Bobbi Jo. It’s something very different than anything my daughter currently has. It fits her little personality and combines comfort with quality with cuteness!

I love the Allison dress, it’s just a bit different and little more mature. Gorgeous band at the bottom. The straightees are appreciated by the older girls and are so comfy. For me, I wish I could buy the Desi skirt. I see so many options with this one. It seems like a year-rounder piece. All of it is so pretty. Great job!
My daughter Josephine’s favorite is Bobbie Jo. My daughter Amelia’s favorite is Emilia. My favorite kid piece is Brook. My favorite adult outfit is the Josie with the tank. I love it all! This is your best collection yet…and they have all been great. MJC just keeps getting better when I thought that was impossible. Oh the possibilities that each peace has. It is all just dreamy….. 🙂

Oh fun! My faves definitely included the Dot and Fiona (love the detail on the sleeve!!) and the Chelsa dress (the polka dots at the top gave it such a a sweet little pop but in a simple way). My girl’s fave was absolutely the Emilia. She cried when we couldn’t take it from the trunk show!
My favs are the teal pants for women and the Brook skirt for both women and girls. I think these pieces could be worn later for Fall! Very versatile!

My Favorites, where to even begin? I’m a new Matilda Jane fan, just introduced last spring. I have fallen completely head over heals in love with your line and so have my 4 girls!! Seeing such beautiful clothing for little girls like my daughter make me wish that i had beautiful clothes like this to wear on our sunday morning breakfast to bob evans with my grandparents… but i am excited to say she will be wearing this outfit to visit my grandfather (her great grandfather) on his 85th birthday march 3rd !!!!!! so even though beautiful clothes like this didn’t exist when I was a girl.. i get to take my daughter to see her great grandfather for breakfast dressed in the most beautiful dress and leggings around !!!! thank you for making such beautiful clothing !

My favorite is the Brooke skirt! It was the first thing I picked out for my daughter and to my delight their was an adult size to match! What a great surprise.
There was so much we lived fromm this release but I would have to say o ur favorite was the Helen skirt. Such vibrant fun colors and Cheyenne loved twirling in it. Sadly we missed out on it but got lots of other pretties.
Ahhh, how I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Matilda Jane! Just found MJC at the end of last season & I can’t tell you how please we are with the pieces we purchased. I must say, I am a little dissapointed this season. Several of my favs are already sold out & the show I am attending is not until next Friday! UGH! A few of my favs are the Chelsa Dress, Dot & Fiona Peasant top with Jillian Big Ruffles, and the Emilia Dress. Let’s not even get started on the Adult clothes…I just may have to splurge this season and make some purchases for myself!

When you favorites list is the whole collection, you know your in for it! I swooned over Bobbi Jo, so those Tommy straightees are a another must have. I love that landry top and envy ruffles bc even though we love to be fancy pants some of my favorite MJ moments are when she’s wearing the really comfy stuff that is so cute that strangers can’t help themselves but fuss over the cuteness of your kids no fuss outfit!!
This is such a HARD decision but right now until I see the pieces at my trunk show Saturday my favorites are: My love shrug, dot & fiona, Brittany ballet, & Emilia! See I told you I couldn’t choose! Plus, I’m excited to see a bubble because I’m hoping it will fit my 21 month old one more time! Then out of luck in the future or will have to have another baby! ha!

I ordered quite a bit but my favorites were the Bobbi Joe, Chelsa and Vivian.
Don’t want to say it’s easy to pick a favorite b/c it’s all adorable but it’s pretty easy when there is the cutest, softest pair of pink ruffles in the bunch. Pink + ruffles= heaven. One day will come where my lil girl will no longer let me dress her and I’m hoping that one day is when she’s 35. Ok, well maybe not 35 but you get my drift.

I love the Helen skirt. My girls love to twirl in their MJ and they are going to love this skirt. Most days they decide what they want to wear by the “twirl factor” of the outfit!

There’s too much to love! I adore the Bobbi Jo, and the Vivien is TDF … Ellies are summer staple at our house. And the last time we were at Bob Evans was the day of the FT1 release. We went to a show 3 hours away and pulled off the interstate for a fruit plate and pumpkin bread (my daughter’s favorite). She was wearing the sweet pea halter, and everyone was crazy for it!

My favorite is Emilia Dress!! I love the simplicity of it, and it’s sooo soft. It’s my daughter’s favorite color, and I already know that it is going to be hard getting her out of it this summer!
Of course I love the Bobbie Jo with the Jullian rufs but the mommy MJ it’s amazing this season. The Ekaterina , Stillwater and ” fish skirt” are just beautiful. Now If you’re talking Bob Evans gota love the breakfast skillet. This is our third day iced in and without electricity. Oh Happy Day!

I love the knot dress for my 2 girls. Shall I say it is egg-cellent? Also love all thr ruffles. My girls are 5 and nearing 3 so it is all about the flash and fancy for them.

My absolute favorite for my little girl was probably the Emilia…sweet, girly, comfy, and a gorgeous color. I was hoping it would be an adult piece too! Hmmm…I think I LOVE it all! With 4 girls that’s easy to do I suppose! If I had to pick just one thing I’m thinking the vivian roundabout…I’m kicking myself that I only ordered it for 2 of my 4 girls! The Bobbie Joe dress was my very favorite at the show, but I was saving my pennies and bought some other things I liked. My fave adult piece that I didn’t get is the Stillwater dress… beautiful and easy to wear. sigh. so many good pieces.

I LOVE the entire line actually!! But I have to say the Allison dress is just Gorgeous, and Im kicking myself for not getting it. I’m also upset I didnt budget some money for myself, although I usually dont. But the adult Brook skirt, the fairweather cardigan, the lora pants, and the stillwater dress are all soooooo gorgeous. Darn snow, had I had a better show I might have been able to swing a couple adult things, but such is life.
The Bobbi Jo…..this style looks so sweet on little girls! Of course, that bubble is TDF gorgy, almost makes me want a little one to put in it…..until I realize I value sleeping through the nights!!

Wish I could post a picture here as we have a picture of the girls headed to retrieve some eggs from the hen house at a cabin we stayed at. SOnsD to have been “COUPED up” and couldn’t have my party thanks to the blizzard! The pictures don’t usually don’t do hem justice and wish I didn’t LOVE it all. Have to say the Shasta caught my eye from 1st glimpse of the sneak peek however fell in live with the tree pattern and can’t wait to get my hands of the bobbie Joe and straitees. I think I need a part time job to support my addiction to these amazing clothes!!

For the first time ever this chicken’s fav is not a girly piece, but a momma piece instead. I am in love with the lora pants and even more in love with the fact that they are a little longer than usual. You amaze me every time Denise, I am always pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of each new collection.

First off, House of Clouds is egg-ceptional! You always egg-ceed my egg-pectations! As for my faves, the Emilia, the Shasta & the Allison. Only ordered the Emilia because we bought lots of other goodies including lots of stuff for mom! The ekatarina is to die for!

We bought the emilia dress, dot & fiona, brittany ballet, 2 jillian big ruffles, and the envy big ruffles. They are all my favorite! 🙂 I am buying for a 1 & 2 year old. So luckily I could just buy all size 2 and they can share except I bought one jillian ruffles in 18 months and 1 in 2t. I had never heard of Matilda Jane before last week. I got invited to a trunk show and I’m so glad I did! Everything was beautiful! I just wish I had budgeted more money b/c I absolutely loved the Chelsa dress and wish I could have go the purple leggings to go with!

I love the Polly Straigtees! They are so darling especially with the cassi tank. I also love the matching skirts. To me the brook skirt is genius, it goes with everything! And every season. Well we actually purchased our ABSOLUTE favorites but I wish now I had gotten the Emilia, Brady leggings and The Tommy straightees! That’s my husband’s name (Pawpaw) to our little dgd!! First of all LOVE HOC…..the colors are so beautiful!!! one of my/Ashleys favs is the Brittany Ballet dress!!!! Love it and Ash just said she cant wait to twirl and spin in this dress. Also she wanted me to thank you for makinging so many things in her signature color…..PINK of coarse!!!
I immediately ‘flocked’ to the Emilia dress. And then ‘cackled’ when I saw I could pair it with the Julia leggings. The ‘pecking order’ was completed when I put the Cloud Nine shrug on my ‘chick’. The ‘hen house’ looked perfect and my ‘flock’ is well dressed. I can lie my head down in my ‘nest’ knowing my ‘chicks’ are well dressed!

The Audrey ruffles are one of my favorite pieces of HOC! They are classic Matilda Jane and that pink flower print is so sweet. I wish there was a mommy skirt in that print.

After my show my favorites were different than originally anticipated! Allison, Audrey Ruffles, Shasta Knot and the Helen skirt! None were on my must have list and in person, the cuteness got me…and my party gals. It was a great night and Holly G. is the sweetest and cutest. Those TK’s work their tails off and do a great job!

I REALLY THOUGHT I was going to be able to resist this line since I recently quit my job to complete my student teaching. I was wrong! We HAD TO HAVE the Brittany Ballet dress and the Jillian Big Ruffles. Hoping we can get two years out of it since my girl is in between sizes. I loved it all. Love that tree print on the Tommy straightees and Bobbi Jo. I have been eyeing straightees for a while but have never had the pleasure of seeing them in person. My favorite outfit was the Cassi Tank with the Polly’s or the Helen. When I saw it in the Lookbook I couldn’t believe how adorable it was. However, I had already met our budget (not exceeded…I was a good girl) with the Chelsea and the Ethel. So, my top 5 were the Chelsea, Ethel, Cassi, Helen, and Polly’s. I’ve never been able to buy a knot dress before and I am so in love with the Shasta Knot! So hoping it will be my first (ahem, I mean my DD’s first) knot dress! But I can honestly say that the first thing that blew me away was the Lora Pants. The first time I saw the sneak on your blog I messaged my friend whose trunk show I am going to tonight and said, “I HAVE to have those teal pants!!!!”

I love it all!! I just had my trunk show and all my friends went crazy over the new line! I had huge sales and bought 10 items! And, there were still things I wanted! I think my two favorites are the Chelsea dress and the Helen skirt with the Cassi top. I am so bummed, though,because the Chelsea dress and Helen skirt were sold out…and my show was premiere night! 🙁 I do love everything I was able to snag! 🙂
It is hard to pick just one thing. The Vivien is perfect, it will go with so much MJC I already have. I can’t wait to pair it with my Marine Straightees (that I bought in two sizes last year because I loved them so much) Another fav is the Polly’s with the tank. I love to dress my girl in blue.

I love the leggings above too and the knot dress. But like very good marathon runner will tell you pace yourself. There were too many things to choose from. My daughter is 6.5yrs and I look for clothes that will not age her before she gets to that age. So, Thank you for making the clothing you do. Can’t wait to March 1st release. Only suggest you release the photos earlier so that your web site can handle the pressure. LOL

LOVE the brook skirt with the cassi tank. It is the perfect combination of style and comfort with a bit of twirly mixed in – just right for a four-year old girly-girl. The Chelsa was a very close second for us – it is so whimsical and I can’t resist polka dots.
I am love, love loving the Audrey Ruffles paired with the Everyday Ethel – how precious! This is my first experience with Matilda Jane and I’m blown away with this collection! If I could do one of everything – for BOTH my girls – I would! Thanks for making our precious little ones the best dressed dolls out there :)!

I love the Tween Vivian Round About with the Tween Audrey Ruffles. It reminds me of spring, which I so desperately want to arrive and all of the ice to be melted away. I can see my little chick twirling to her hearts content in it.
I loved it ALL. I especially loved the Brook Skirt (for mom and daughter) and really wish the Chelsa dress hadn’t sold out before I could get my hands on it 🙁
Loved everything!! The premeire was SO egg-citing!! MJ is kind of like an egg… you can take one piece and fix it up SO many different ways!! My absolute fav has to be the Chelsa.

Hahaha, I just got done making eggs for my kiddos. They like ’em scambled with cheese. My fave for my oldest who is almost 5 already is the Emilia dress, she picked it and is very excited to get it. She was explaining the new release to the kids we carpool with on the way to school on Monday, it was too funny! For my youngest who is almost 1, I like the Shasta knot! Hey there!! Love your egg them this morning! I live in Greenville, SC and also live across the street from my mom. She has one hen…Cocoa. She wonders back and forth from our houses…so I love the egg them. My mom gets about an egg every other day and it is blue! We are expecting more chicks in the fall. My girls just love them and I love them in MJ! I took some photos of them in my mom’s garden in autumn colored dresses, they were beautiful up against Cocoa…the amber looking hen! Well, I LOVE MJ and so sad to say that we are on a terrible tight budget this year and I am going to have to pass on the HOC, so so so sad. I can enjoy the gorgeous photos and look forward to the next collection. Thank you for being so creative and making beautiful clothes for all of our beautiful chicks! Enjoy Bob Evans!!

My 5 year old tried on the Audrey Ruffles and the Everyday Ethel, she (and I) absolutely love them! We of course ordered them, amongst many others, such a sweet line. I love all of the pinks and blues! Adorable!
Fist off, I love all the new MJ HOC…..with three girls its hard to have just one that I really like the most…drum roll..but I think for me its the Allison dress!!! I love the style, the cut, the versatility! I bought 3, one for each girl (ages 2, 6, & 8)!! It’s going to be our easter dresses and I am so exicited, the little one will wear it with buttons in the back, the older two will wear it with the buttons in the front! I like that it allows my older girls to feel, well older and little one to remain little, yet still wearing the same dress!! Enjoy your breakfast 🙂
