I couldn’t make Art Fair and it looks like such a cool thing! I have two daughters – one is a size 8 and the other is size 12. Time with my family makes me smile the most, especially when my daughters are laughing and loving one another.

My kids make me smile the most mostly when they goof like my dd at gymnastics and farts out-loud. yes i dropped my head but cracked up.
When my son ask me silly questions like.. How did they get that baby out?
I love the funny things my kids do, without them life would be boring.

My 13 mos old makes me smile every morning. She is always so happy to see me and acts like I’m the most amazing person in the world.

I too couldnt make it to art fair. What makes me smile the most? Staring at my children asleep.. thats the first thing that comes to mind anyways.. I smile all the time because of my precious kids but there is something about the innocent, sweet, peace when our children are resting. LOVE IT!

Seeing my girls happy makes me smile….. Whether it be because the brown truck left us a package or because my youngest pottied on the potty. My girls are the reason I smile……should u choose us, they’re size 4 and 8/10!!

I love to see my little girl twirl around in her MJ Ellie’s. They make her light up the room. She would love anything in a size 4. Maybe, something to wear to te beach in a couple of months.

The thing that makes me smile the most right now is when my little girl says “Need awwww?” Which to her means, need a hug? Then she hugs you, pats your back and says “awww” Sweetest thing in the world.

Oh my goodness are you serious, look how beautiful that group is. I love, love, love the pendant banner. My daughter is a size 10, what am I going to do once she’s outgrown these gorgeous clothes. I noticed on the last release they only went up to size 8 so we missed out. I guess in another few years she can buy the adults sm;) So wish we could have been there!!!!

The thing that makes me smile the most is when my sweet daughter is happy and smiling. Just seeing her smile and be happy is all it takes. As for sizeing, she’s a pretty solid 4 (unless it’s an ellie, then we size up, LOL!) Thanks so much for giving us a chance at some goodies too. It was our son’s first birthday so we couldn’t make the trip from MN.

Aww, it looks like a fun time was had by all!!! So what really makes me smile the most is when my little on puts her hand on my back, puts her head right up to mine, tilts it, gives me a quirky little smile and talks gibberish. Its like she’s sharing her deepest secrets and it just MELTS my heart!!! That little gesture from my joyful sweetness can brighten my whole day. I have a little cutie who wears size 12-18 months and another sweet firecracker who wears size 6.

i think this it is so wonderful you are doing this, we have 4 kiddos and there was no way i had the funds or the time to make it up to art fair this year. so thanks for the chance and i will be keeping my fingers crossed!! i have 3 girls sizes 4-6-8 and one thing that makes me smile is when i go check on them before my husband and i head to bed and they are all sleeping in their beds in their own way…Olivia completely sideways on the top of her bed, Annabelle with one half of her body almost off the bed, and Elizabeth with her head at the end of her bed and her feet on her pillow…it just cracks me up every time i have to go in and move them all around and cover them up only to find them in the morning back in those same odd ball positions. thanks for the chance at owning some wonderful art fair

What makes me smile the most? Our two month old son’s smiles and new little laughs that have just started in the last few days. And when my daughter, Abby, sings songs to me, making up the words to whatever is going on in her crazy 2-year old brain, and then bursting into giggles. Abby wears a size 2.

I smile the most when my son and daughter pretend that they are campers and wild animals are coming after them. My son, 3 1/2, screams “LION!!” to which my daughter, 19 months, starts running and says, “oh, oh, oh!” with wide open eyes. It is their ‘thing’ right now…and it makes me smile deep down to watch them play together like that

what makes me smile the most, honestly, right now is having two babies napping at the same time – ha! life with two under two can be hard but i love it and just when i think naptime makes me smile the most, they wake up and i change my mind!

What makes me smile most is seeing my 2 girls enjoying the little things in life…catching lightening bugs, butterflies and toads swinging at the park, or feeding the fish stale bread off the dock.
Some days we hurry to get here and get there, so it is truly lovely when we slow down and enjoy them being kids!

Honestly, watching my daughter makes me smile the most. She’s our third and last child and she is just a joy! (size 2)

What makes me smile most? Watching my girl play with her tool set in her tutu; having my sleepy-eyed and bed-headed kids wake me up by kissing me on the cheek and/or by jumping on top of me pretending to be kung fu panda; trying to play hide and seek with my kids, but knowing I’ll always find them because they can’t stop giggling; knowing that my daughter will ALWAYS order pink ice cream with rainbow sprinkles when given a chance; hearing my son tell my daughter that they are best friends… and at the end of a long day, giving my husband a tag-team high-five so that I can get a break for myself!

What makes me smile the most is my children! I have two daughters and another one on the way. I would love something gorgeous from MJ in size 12 months or smaller (bonnet?) for baby Violet because she has a facial deformity and I want everyone to know how beautiful we think she is when she is born. My other girls are size 4 and 8.

One of the things that makes me smile the most is seeing my two sons give their baby sister kisses in the morning! Every morning they go to her crib and say “I love you PJ” and kiss her…what makes me smile is her name is AJ!

There are many things that make me smile these days but it usually has to do with the kids that warms me the most. I have decided there is nothing greater in this world that to watch from afar my children play together. To see my son (5yrs) grab my daughters hand (22mos, but size 4 haha) and tell her he loves her and will play with her when she begs him to sit and have a tea party. You can only hope that your children get along and form that bond. When you finally see it and watch it develop it is more than tears in my eyes but a sense of wonder and hope that the world has so much peace and grace to share. When she gets hurt or stumbles he is right there to hold her hand and hug her. I am the luckiest mom in the world to have 3 amazing children that love life and love making friends.

The smell of the strawberry shampoo in my daughters freshly washed hair. No matter how old she gets, I still sneak in her bedroom for one last sniff before I retire for the night. Makes me smile just thinking about it.

Art fair looked like it was simply the most wonderful event!! Of course it was–you planned it and everything you touch is fabulous! I told my mom and sister yesterday that we have to try to make the trip next year!! My twin sister and I are both expecting our third babies this summer, so we couldn’t come this year but hope to in the future. Right now what makes me smile the most is feeling the little kicks and punches and the acrobatics that our baby is constantly performing inside! I think this is our last little one, so I am soaking up this pregnancy as best I can! My other daughters are 3 and 18 months and we all love MJC!!

My kids’ faces – they aren’t “little bitty” anymore, but at night, I love to kiss them on the cheek while they sleep. Their cheeks still have that “baby fat” feel that reminds me of when they were little. I love seeing my husband and I and our parents in my children. I just treasure the fact that they resemble not only me, but our entire family. Pieces of all of us make up those precious faces. The eyes that glisten and twinkle with joy and excitement like my Dad’s eyes on Christmas morning… or the sweet “angel kisses” (freckles) that remind me of my mom and our fair skin. I love the little freckles that add so much fun and character across their cheeks and noses… or their funny toothless grins which I just enjoy sooooo much! They just grow up so fast. THESE years watching my kids faces are THE GOLDEN years. I am enjoying every minute. Size 8. LOVE MJ!

What makes me smile most about Matilda Jane is seeing the confidence in my daughter when she walks into a room rockin her MJ.

WOW! You ladies rock! I have been smiling all weekend about my 15 month old girlie girl that wants nothing more than to twirl around in her Matilda Jane. As we stood in line to see trains this weekend for her brother, she just twirled in her peasant top just happy to be a girl! I hope she stays this way. She wears an 18 months.

Right now what makes me smile the most is cuddling with my kids in my own bed. I am on bed rest at home after hospital bed rest for 8 days. I can’t even express how much I missed being able to kiss them goodnight, tickle their little toes, and read them a story…among so many other things. It really puts life in perspective. Thankfully I’m still pregnant and baby is doing well.

I would have truly loved meeting everyone at artfair!! I’m making it my goal to get there next year! What truly makes me happy is making new friends that I have things in common with and watching my girls do the same (6 and 8)! They are actually way better at it then I am! I’ve always been a little shy.

what makes me smile the most? Right now…watching my daughter cuddle with her puppy who is very afraid of thunder. She says “mommy, I love her so and don’t want her to be scared. Don’t worry, Maggie….I’ll take care of you!” She’s a size 4 and just adores your clothes! We hope to be there next year!!

what makes me smile? the sound of a giggle from baby girl…as she is being tickled by silly big brother. the sight of a sleeping baby as I kneal by her crib to thank God for the extra special ‘gift’ of #3. the fantastic dance moves that a 2 year old makes and the taste of mint chocolate chip ice cream!

My sweet girl has the most unique way of twirling her little hands and feet when she’s happy or excited about something. She’s been doing it since she was a baby, and she’s almost 4 now. Makes me smile just thinking about it. We probably wear a large 2/small 4 in most things! Love all the pics I’ve seen of Art Fair goodies!!

What makes me smile the most is catching one of my daughters’ candid moments when she thinks no one is looking and is just happily fiddling with some toy or drawing, truly makes my day. What makes me smile the most is the way my children adore each other. My daughter is 3 and my son is 10 months. I had a very hard time adjusting to having 2 children but my sweet little girl took it all in stride. She loves her brother more than anything and he adores her as well. They make my heart smile. What makes me smile the most is my husbands face and comments when I put my daughter in MJ. He doesn’t understand the MJ craze that the rest of us understand. He thinks it’s crazy, and feels that kids would look just as cute in a blue light special. But when I put her in MJ, and she comes out of her room all dolled up, the look on his face is absolutely priceless. And the look on my face, a big fat “I told you so…” (size 2 would be great!)

I smile the most when my family is together and the kids are putting on a “talent show” for my husband and I. The ” talent” part might be cause for debate, but they’re all stars in our eyes! What makes me smile is my FAMILY! They are always there for me no matter what. Especially my daughter who brightens my day every single minute of the day and I love the way she tells me “I YOVE YOOO!” and points to me. Ashley wears a size 2

I love to watch my husband melt as the kids run to door when he comes home from a long day at work. He grabs them up and you can just see him melt from the love he has for our kids. Makes me melt for him all over again. size 2

When I replay my voicemails from my girls, its soo sweet. I smile and then it brings tears to my eyes when hear their voices.

My biggest smile of the day comes from watching my 2 year daughter fold her little hands to pray before dinner. She always prays for the food that’s before us, the clothes of her back, and roof over her head. JOY! Shouldn’t we all be so thankful for such simple things! What makes me smile is the smell of scho grass in April. ol supplies in August. The smell of fresh cut grass in April. The way my son says “last day” instead of yesterday and the way my daughter smacks her lips together to say hello to me because it makes me laugh. Size 2 please.

Simply put… An unsolicited, unexpected gesture of kindness… An I Love you from a child or spouse, a phone call from a faraway friend or family member, a hug or kiss, a simple thank you = SMILES!!!

What a group of beauties! Couldn’t make it to art fair because I am now, let’s see, 4 days away from having my last baby. Which is a good excuse, yes?

My kids are hilarious, probably make me smile the most when they have something *almost* right but not quite. So cute and innocent and funny. Or when my son sheepishly told me he traded some veggie straws for a matchbox race car. (I told him he got the better end of that deal. LOL.)

I have many things that make me smile, especially when it comes to my kids. I LOVE it when my beautiful 3 1/2 year old daughter can name her Matilda Jane items by name ex….This is my Matilda Jane Vivian. She is a styling DIVA already at this age & Loves to twirl in her MJ. My Husband brings a smile to my face when I see his expressions in response to Women commmenting on how cute our Daughter & her clothes are, hence the reason he likes to take her to drop off our son at his school too. My daughter wanted to “Go See The Matilda Jane Lady” & had her Matilda Jane suitcases packed with toys to take. Too bad we had a Church Marriage encounter during AF weekend or I would have definately been there. Next year is a must! My daughter wears size 4.

My twins make me smile! Both are size 2.

What makes me smile the most is my two girls playing together so nicely with each other. And, most recently my 4 year old hugging her Gran and telling her “I love you so much I just can’t stop hugging you” sooo sweet! I wish they could stay that way forever. Size 6.

I really wanted to be there but my husband just deployed. His voice makes me smile. I wait by the phone so I can talk to him and when I do I get a huge smile on my face. My daughter is a size 6.

When Emme comes up and kisses my belly out of the blue and says, “I love you baby sister”. It melts my heart. Emme is a size 4.

I’ve never smiled so much as when my daughter Giavanna told me at she loves me so much that when she grows up she wants to marry me! Giavanna wears a size 6.

I always smile so big when my 5 yo son will randomly come up and say “I love you mom” and give me a big hug. No reason and I love it! My dd wears a size 4 and I am so sad I missed all the great fun.

Oh, what makes me smile the most…
When you have children that’s a hard question because so much of what they do makes you smile every day…from the smallest of things like watching them peacefully asleep or working so intently on a picture with their tongue hanging out of their mouth because they are just concetrating THAT hard on making it perfect to the larger things like the pride they bring to you for their wonderful performance at their dance recital or learning something new that’s really tough. However, the first thing that came to my mind when I asked myself this question was this….
When my two princesses are playing together, so sweet, so loving to one another, and I sneak into the room or peak around the corner or in through the door, and they don’t know I am watching them. It always brings a smile to my face…one of those ear to ear, it hurts your cheek kinda smiles. I just love watching them play together…be so kind to one another…just flat out love each other to pieces. They each have the BESTEST of best friends in the other one and not only does it bring a huge smile to my face…it makes my HEART smile!!
My beautiful angels wear size 4 and size 6. We would have loved to attend Art Fair, but alas…that’s a bit of a hike from good ol’ Georgia : )

The thinks that make me smile the most is how Denise always makes me feel like part of HER company. I feel like I’m a big kid in the candy store…..and I cannot wait to see what comes next. What makes me smile the most is the beautiful smiles on my girls’ faces… and spending time with them! I did, however, get a big smile on Saturday morning, when my 2 year old put on her golden girl ellie and pink gingham ruffles… and ran to her daddy and asked him, “Do you like my outfit? It’s Liza Jane!” She combined Little Liza Jane from music class and Matilda Jane… two of her favorites! Even at 2, she knows how special her outfits are! (Audrey wears a 2!)

My oldest daughter wears a size 6. Right now one of the things that makes me smile is when her little sister is upset, my oldest will give her a toy or give her a binky and tells her “don’t cry, everything will be alright!”

Hmmm, this is difficult! But I guess I would have to say the thing that makes me smile the most is seeing my sweet little curly-haired girl just laugh and giggle at the smallest things! My daughters make me smile the most! My oldest loves dressing like her mom from head to toe! But whenever we aren’t dressed alike, she loves being girlie and wearing dresses…what better way to look that way in some Matilda Jane.
Something that gets me tickled, is when I see others wearing Matilda Jane and I have no connection! There is something special about the clothing that I can’t explain.

Today my son and daughter and I went to a free local movie. As we were leaving the theater, I noticed they were holding hands. And they held hands all the way to the car. I didn’t say anything for fear they’d let go, lol! At five years old (twins), they rarely do that anymore, but it made this momma’s heart smile!!!! (sz.6)

When I walk in from a long day at work and both kids come running with a great big smile and my 4 year old little girl has dress up clothes on and my one year old little boy has on rubber boots and just a diaper!! Ha! Love it! Little boy wears 24 months and little girl wears size 6!

There is so many things that make me smile! First is how sweet and caring my children are. They help around the house, do great in school, and are so sweet to each other. Second is how proud my children are of me. I am a single mom of 4 and I just graduated from college with honors and my kids were screaming for me in the bleachers! I couldn’t stop smiling. Third is that my sweet daughter Aurora is a wilms cancer survivor, she lost her kidney at 18 months old, and has had 2 clear scans so far! Last is your wonderful company and how generous you are! I would use a size 4,6, or 8, or my son is 12! Lol

Watching my 2 beautiful curly-haired girls dancing together is the most magical thing in my life right now. Nothing is more inspiring then watching them spin, giggle, and twirl. They are going to be the best of friends forever… I just know it! And that makes me SMILE!

Waking up (after 8:00am!) to 3 beautiful little faces ready to share the day with me…that makes me smile! Doing things for others and seeing others do the same…that makes all 4 of us smile! Thanks for all you do at MJC! (Little wears a Size 4).

I have to say “glow bugs” are pretty special, so if I was there at 435 (sniff, sniff), I would have said the same thing as Ginny after seeing the firefly. I also love beautiful cathedrals tucked in the mountains of Italy and a big smile on my sweet daughter’s face (She’s a Size 2 or 4).

What makes me smile just happened today. My son and daughter taught my autistic 11 year old( completely nonverbal) to fist bump them. So now they say, Carson and hold up their fist and he takes his fist and bumps them. Such a small thing to most but anytime we teach him to respond to a prompt it is an incredible accomplishment. It was special today because the kids taught him. I love it! It is so heart warming to watch it happen! I hope next year I can get a sitter for him! Or he might have to come with momma! Lol I love your beautiful clothes! You girls rock:)

There are so many things that bring a smile to my face. But my favorite part of the day (during the school year) is when my daughter’s face appears coming out of the doors at carpool. She’s my baby, and I miss her all day, so it never fails to make me smile (and lots of times makes me tear up). She is always so happy to see me too, and smiles and yells ‘mommy!’. Man, nothing better.
She’s a size 8 (my little baby is going into 1st grade). Thank you! Mostly for making me smile just thinking about how much I love those moments. They are all gone too fast.

My biggest smile comes every day when my 3 year old son holds our daughter’s hand and says “I love you more every day, baby Kaydence.”

I love watching my four sons with their little sister Emma. They all adore her and it makes me smile when they are sweet and kind to her. She wears a size 2 and did not get to go to are fair. We love looking at your pictures together and when she sees a dress she says “pretty.”

Well, to be honest, knowing that Matilda Jane packages are on the way and then seeing the mailman coming up the hill makes me and my girls happy. So that makes me smile. Seeing my son doing sweet things for his sisters makes me (beyond) smile.

Nothing makes me smile more than my girls. And when they are dressed in Matilda Jane, we all smile…even their daddy. My Lucy asks to wear a Matilda Jane dress every single day. She is a size 6 or 8. My Macy is a 10 or 12. Maybe we will get to come to art fair one day!!

Couldn’t make it this year because of a swim meet in Nashville. My 7 year old daughter makes me smile. She has a smile on her face the whole way down the pool regardless if she is in first place or last. She loves it and is so proud of herself, and so am I. Size 8

I am an elementary school teacher and it makes me SMILE to be at home with my two children, Paxson(5) and Gracie Myers (3) ALL SUMMER LONG! Just being at home with them and being able to watch them play together, sing songs, and snuggle makes me smile! It is a blessing for me to be around all day to hear their voices, now that makes me smile! My daughter is Gracie Myers and she wears a size 4. We love your work!

Not MJ related but what makes me smile the most is being able to celebrate LIFE! Baby showers, making dinner for friends with new babies, having super fun birthday parties for my kiddos, taking my hubs on a birthday date, and even a sweet memorial service for a precious person (my nana just passed away a few weeks ago). The biggest smile from me comes when I hear one of my 3 kids says, “This is the best day EVER!” I’ve heard it said while eating popsicles on the porch, building a snow fort, or racing to waterslides at a water park. I smile when my girls (5 1/2 & 19 mo.) are playing together. When my 5 yr old “reads” to her sister and especially when she sings songs to Jesus! And the look on my 19 mo old’s face when she looks up to and admires her big sister! Thanks for letting me share. My 5 year old wears a size 5 or 6.

Things that make me smile… the call I got from a friend saying she is cancer free… the smile on my daughters face when daddy walks in the door… the laughs, hugs, and unconditional love my best friend gives me (you know who you are bestie!)… when my daughter who loves to dress herself, but rarely matches, can actually match wearing MJ:)! What makes me smile is my children showing kindness to each other. Sometimes it seems few and far between! I could use a size 6, 8, or 10.

What makes me smile most since so many things make me smile with our little ones is when I overhear and spy on my 4 year old daughter telling my 2 year old daughter “I love you, baby” and they hug and kiss on each other as if there is no one else in the world. What made me smile just this morning was my 4 year old daughter said “mommy, I am going to marry you so that I can be with you and my baby (that’s what she calls her baby sister)forever”. So sweet and innocent. My 4 year old wears between a size 4 and 6 depending on the style (she’s in the 90% for height and weight) and my 2 year old is a size 2.

Any conversation with my 5 year old makes me smile. Just this morning she told me she wants to be a mom when she grows up because it seems like a really cool job. Either that or a waitress at Chili’s…

My KIDS they are what makes me smile, when i’m down they say something and make me giggle, when they discover something new, and i see the excitement on their faces, that makes me smile, and when i think of how amazing they are, i SMILE Wish we could have come but my son had to have carido check-ups in Ann Arbor so we couldn’t come. My daughter is a size 6, and when she wears one of your dresses, that makes her SMILE

When my daughter (18 months) wants to hold hands with mama & daddy. Laynie is a size 18 month! We weren’t able to come to art fair because of a family trip to Disney (that made me smile a lot too!)

Wow, thank you for asking! :O) What makes me smile? . . . EVERYTHING about my daughter, Sedonah, as I feel so blessed to be her mommy! Every day is a great day for me as I get woken up by her little voice over the monitor saying, “Mommy, Mommy come” and then when I enter her room she is standing on her bed and says “Mommy, I missed you!” I then pick her up and she gives me the biggest hug as if she hasn’t seen me for ages followed by a few pats on my back as she whispers “ I love you, Mommy!” On another note, I want to share how she makes me smile when she is even being somewhat defiant. Her recent response to my request for her to do something she doesn’t want to do is . . . “No, no, no, Mommy . . . two more minutes!” as she ways her finger back and forth several times with such a serious look on her face. I just have to turn away so I don’t bust out laughing! :O) —> Sedonah wears a size 2 or 4 — Thank you so much for doing this . . . How FUN!!!

I of course love listening to my son (7yrs old) and daughter (5yrs old) giggle while they play together…but most of all I love hearing how empathetic they are with one another…not only does it put a smile on my face…it makes me very PROUD to be their mother My daughter is a size 6.

What makes me smile most is thinking back to 2 years ago when my then 6 yr old son was earning & saving money for our upcoming trip to Disney. A month before our trip, the massive earthquake hit Haiti and he insisted on sending all the money he had earned doing chores to the people of Haiti. We tried to explain that he could send SOME of his money to Haiti and still have some to spend at Disney, but he refused. He donated all of his nearly $100 to the Red Cross. What makes the story even sweeter is that when the tragedy in Japan happened this year, he went to his piggy bank and wanted to send all his money again, and so did his little sister. It makes me smile so big that my daughter has such an amazingly generous brother to look up to and emulate. She is a size 6.

What makes me the happiest is just seeing my kids smile and laugh. They truly are a gift and the best thing I’ve ever accomplished in life <3 I love MJC! My daughter is a size 4. I think its awesome how you do these giveaways!

I am confused if you are talking about what type of clothing or what in life makes me smile so I’ll answer both. Our favorite mj pieces are things with blue and green in it and tank dresses or lap dresses. We also like shorties. I smile most when I see my children 2.5 years old and 6 months old laugh together or at each other. I also love to see my daugther’s love for her daddy. When they are laughing together it brings me pure joy (they share the same smile). My daughter is in size 4.

Right now, my 3 year old getting so excited about the arrival of her new baby brother…any day now! So, no art fair for me this year

Like many other mommies, of course my kids being happy makes me smile. However, I had a much needed laugh-out-loud moment last night when I was in the kitchen and my 16-month old son came waddling through the kitchen naked (nekkid as we say here in SC), quickly followed by my daughter who is 6. Daddy, who was supposed to be giving them a bath while I finished dinner decided it was a good time to teach them how to “streak the quad!”. That memory will make me smile for a while to come.

Lately I smile most when my 3 girls are smiling and getting along…it doesn’t happen nearly as often as I wish it would! My littlest is the one sporting MJ these days, and she’s a 4!

Hearing my daughter stop whatever it is she is doing, no matter how important it may be, any time she sees her new baby brother and says “hey buddy” in the sweetest little voice. She is six so there was quite the seperation in age and she is the BEST big sister!!!!!!!

We were in the midst of moving from IL back to WI. Soooo bummed to have missed out! My daughter is a size 8. A little MJC surprise would be wonderful!!

What makes me smile: E (my 2Y) wakes up she is so freakin’ happy to see me in the morning. It seriously makes me smile like a loon. L (5Y) when she gets finished reading a book, her since of accomplishment makes my heart swell. My girls wear size 4 and 6/8. Thanks so much for giving us a chance!

I’m a smiley person but the most recent that sunshine beamed from my chest was just last night… my oldest girl’s camera was plugged into the computer and the pictures popped up and my three girls had done tons of candids together that I didn’t know about. SUPER sweet sister moments! They do not have any great photography skill but some of my favorite pictures ever so far <3

Sadly, I was not able to be at the Art Fair. One of the things that makes me smile is my daughter who is 2 (wearing a 2T) goes around telling everyone that she is a princess! It is so cute and so sweet when she is wearing her Tullah dress and she is swinging around saying I’m a princess!! I think I love it most of all because she truly believes she is a Princess!

My Family makes me smile! I have two boys 12 & 9, and my daughter just 4, and they make me smile and laugh every single day. Most often it’s when the boys take time to teach their sister how to play baseball (It’s their favorite) and of course there is also the not so lady like things too. But all in all they all really love each other and what more do you need to make you smile?
I hope to make it to Art fair next year it looks like everyone had a blast!

It’s hard to pick one thing that makes me smile most about my two beautiful daughters (2 1/2 & 13 months). If I had to pick one for the baby it would be when she leans over to me say “muuuuuuah” and gives me a big, slobbery baby kiss. For my 2 1/2 year old it would be the look on her face when she does something new or learns something new. The true meaning of the “wonder in a child’s eyes” applies. They wear sizes 12-18m and 2/growing into 4′s for length. Not that I expect to win something for each of them, the larger size the baby can wear later as a fashionable hand-me-down. Thank for the chance! Hope to be at art fair, in person, next year! This Momma needs a girl’s weekend!

There is that bond, that love, that unconditional kind. I was in my early 20′s when this happened so I was more about my friends and social life at that moment. All of that changed the day my Gram passed. Now that I am a mom myself I love how my mom and little girl are best friends too! We have sleepovers and movie dates and girls nights all the time. What makes me smile? My 3 beautiful daughters….they are so precious to me, it is hard to keep smiling when there is so much hate in this world. After a stressful day of the world a kiss and a hug from these cuties makes it all go away! And it kinda helps when they are in those cute MJ clothes Thanks for all you do!!

What makes me smile is putting my 3 year old daughter to bed in just her pull-up (hot-blooded southern child) and then checking on her later that night to find her decked out in MJ sleeping in her princess chair (happens at least 3X per week). What makes me smile the most? My daughter is going to be 3 later this summer. When she was diagnosed as being autistic at 21 months, no one could tell me where in the spectrum she would be. I worried that she wouldnt be able to communicate, feed herself, play with dolls, or enjoy simple things like eating cake and ice cream and playing at the park. So, when she first used the fork, when she enjoyed the swing at the park, when she starting putting two words together, and when she fell in love with Foofa (from yo gabba gabba), i cried…but behind those tears there was a heckuva lot of smiling. I’ve probably shared too much, but she makes me smile every.single.day. She is just the sweetest girl. All the things that people questioned her ability on…she’s doing a lot of them already. Today she wore her Chelsa dress, and she looked at the ribbon on the dress, she said “flower”…I so loved it! now if we could get her to eat cake and ice cream…im sure with time, we’ll get there too. thanks for reading something so long, if you made it this far

Each Day makes me smile – especially when my daughter Piper says to me (size 2; age 2) are we going to Nia’s house (MJ Trunk Keeper) for “Tilda Jane” (Matilda Jane)…. Nia is just wonderful and I am so glad she introduced me to Matllda Jane…. Hope to travel to see ya all next year.

What makes me smile the most is watching my 2 and 4 year old little girls playing together, and watching my 4 year old letting my 2 year old win a game and saying, “Oh sissy, I am so proud of you! You did great!” and giving her a big hug and kiss. Like all of the other mommas, hugs and kisses all the way around always makes me smile:) sz 2 or 6

Hey Gals! Everything looked AMAZING! My husband told me next year is my year! HOORAY! Hmm….what makes me smile? It is SO hard to choose! My daughter of course is the most amazing human being I know so OF course she makes me smile every moment! But after her, and all of my fabulous friends and family, I would say my sense of wonder. What makes me smile? The simple moments that I get to be a part of everyday. My son’s first trip down a water slide and his enthusiastic, “that was awesome,” or seeing my daughter do her own little jig to “All The Single Ladies.” These are the moments that truly make me feel blessed. It probably seems silly but with all the challenges that are continually thrown at our family, just spending time with the three kids and watching them laugh and play puts an immediate perma smile on our faces and reminds you of things that really matter! My girls are sizes 2 and 6 and how nice of you to think about those that just could not make the trip!

I need to smile more often. I am always caught up with daily life and chores, that I forget to stop and just chill and be in the moment. The thing that makes me smile is watching my kids watch a fun movie and being able to just enjoy them enjoying something, you know? All moments with my daughter Charlotte bring a smile to my face, but most recently I love playing hide and seek with her. Even though she is only a year old…she can always find mommy! Watching my children running and playing along the surf at Navarre Beach, while I sit back while sipping my Dr Pepper brings a smile to my face. I practically beam when one of my children bring me a treasure that they found. I break out in laughter(often hysterical) when I think of the boxes of treasures tucked into bookcases, china cabinets, closets and under beds. My daughter wears an 8. She was a 4 when I bought her first MJ…Alice +Fiona and the Rikki Knickers, Hotline Maggie, the Damsel….that moment when the package arrived also brought a smile to my face. Did you ask for “tears of Joy”? Got to share! When I was ten weeks pregnant with Amelia I had a bowel obstruction and underwent surgery. Scary and painful. As she grew it caused pain with the healing incision. Extremely happy ending…healthy child. When she was born I cried just as I did when my two sons were born. This was a different hospital tho than where my sons were born. This hospital had bells that chimed for every new soul that was born. When I heard the bells and the nurse explained why they were ringing I was almost sobbing.

Clean bills of health reports from my family. We’ve had a battle with cancer times two, FIL and BIL and my big sister who is fighting a terrible case of systemic Lupu. Their healthy reports make me smile. There is almost nothing more important to me than my loved ones and their health and happiness. Size 18m.

I smile when I think of the moments when my 6 and 3 year old take care of each other. Not long ago, my 3 yr old daughter was sick. My 6 yr old son drew the cutest picture of them playing together and it read “Hailey, Git beder soon! love, Logan” -size 6-

The past 11 months I have been in an accelerated bachelors degree program in nursing and as a result, my 2 1/2 year old has had to spend a lot of time away from me. What makes me smile is laying in her bed with her at night time (the few nights that I am home) she always asks me to “Cuddle me for a little while longer momma” and how can I even resist! No matter what kind of day I had with my patients that day, she makes it all worth the hard work and time I have put into someday landing my dream job. Little ones grow up all too quickly and it makes me smile to simply savor these little moments!

These days my kids make me smile constantly as they explore the world around them. For instance, this afternoon while I was sewing my dd came up to me and said, “mama’s making daddy a dress on the sewing machine”. My daughter is 2 1/2 and wears a size 2 (in pants skirts) or 4(in dresses). Hope we can make it to Art Fair next year!

My 4 year old daughter’s expressions make me smile–examples of such: she calls our dog her “furry little brother” and instead of going out early to garage sale and find Care Bears where the early bird gets the worm, she says “the early human gets the Care Bears”. My whole face smiles, even the crows feet around my eyes don’t mind…..

Oh you lovely ladies! Here’s hoping I can make it next year to meet you in person! You know what makes me happy? Those wonderful moments when I just see my children for the perfect little people that they are…you know when you stop working, cleaning, worrying…and just watch them, enjoy them. I had plans to attend art fair but due to the terrible storms we had to fix our house and it wasn’t in the budget this year. The innocence of a child makes me smile. For example, my daughter has been wanting a few select toys lately and I have told her that we need to ask Santa. She replies “that’s a great idea mommy.” Then she sits down and scribbles a letter to Santa out loud … Dear Santa …I know you will know what to bring me … you always do a good job … Thank you, Paigey. Never really knowing that Christmas is 6 months away yet. Anyway, all of the innocent thoughts that are in their heads that reality or society has not influenced in any way. This is one thing, among many, that makes me smile. Pure innocence … yes, even when they are in trouble

What makes me smile is what I am listening to right now…my 4 year old, Collin, my miracle child, telling his daddy what he needs to take to the park (his list includes a watch, breakfast bars, a knob, and a snack for his friends). He rambles incessantly about his “friends” Buggy and Lummy…and their sister Bugarella. None of them exist but in his mind they are so so real. Last night he was walking around the house talking to Buggy on a cell phone. He said they were meeting at midnight for a play date. Collin- makes me smile. Makes me happy all day and every day. There is just something about little boys. He is my joy and makes me smile constantly. (Kylee is my girl and wears an 8 and is starting to wear a 10 in some things. YIKES)

At the end of the day I can always find a smile. I smile at all the devious things my daughter did throughout the day, which at the time didn’t seem too funny to me. She is an independent girlie to say the least! My little spit fire is a size 4, (pants size 2). Sad we missed all the fun!

Just about everything about my kids (2.5 and 5) makes me smile. A favorite though, is listening to them belt out Creedence Clearwater Revival in the backseat. What will make me smile is when my little one starts smiling again. She had her tonsils out last Wednesday and has not been her self. Had bad reaction to anesthesia and {well you get the picture.} Everyday I wake and think she will be her dramatic, energetic self. Hopeful Tomorrow will be the day! Size 6

This is easy…..I wait for this moment every day — the Christmas present I get to unwrap each and every day of my life. I sit in my living room early in the morning and enjoy my “mom” time alone. Around 8am, I hear a little creak of a bed….followed by the rustle of bed sheets and an exclamation of “My sweet Nanee” and then the most lovely sound ever….the shuffle of little bare feet against the wood floors. Even before I lay eyes on the most beautiful girl in the world….those sounds put a smile on my face bigger than anything else. It means the child I so desperately prayed and waited for is on her way around the corner to give me a big hug and kiss and say good morning – nothing in the world can compare to it.

I have to explain that Nanee is the name of her stuffed monkey who gets the *first* hug and kiss of the morning. My darling is a 2 or 4 in MJC depending on the item.

I hope that this is also open for grandmas that weren’t able to attend AF! I have only one grandchild. She is my little princess and spoiled by me! After only having boys I can say she is my adoration! I love when she just comes up to me and gives me a kiss! My precious grandbaby wears sz 18m. O Canada! Wow! Art Fair looks like a fab time, I would have love to come but living in Newfoundland, Canada the travel time and cost is prohibitive. My dd Maddie loves her MJ (size 6) and what makes me smile the most is when she runs to me with her arms wide open when I pick her up at daycare. There is no better feeling than seeing her come towards me with bright eyes, wide smile and ready for a hug.

When my girls fall asleep next to me. For some reason watching them as the sleep next to me my mind starts to drift. I start thinking of how much they have grown, how much they will grow, what their future holds, and every silly little momment in between. What makes me smile most…what I love the most…is kissing my daughter on the top of her forehead…where it just meets at the hairline. That one soft spot. Makes me happy everytime.

My “girlie girl” Lauren makes me smile! She refuses to wear pants. Those are for “boys”! She was so excited when she saw the video of the MJ pre-party! Can’t wait to take her next year!! She wears a 6.

What makes me smile the most is watching my children play and seeing how innocent they are at 6.5 and 5. I wish my babies (well not babies anymore) could stay this young forever.

But something I gotta share that my DS said this weekend, showing how innocent he really is. He asked DH to help him cut the cheese. How cute is that! Of course he didn’t know the adult meaning of it. I just love what comes out of mouths of children.

My daughter just turned 3 this weekend (which is why I missed your lovely Art Fair), and every time she told someone she was having her party at the BIG Gym because she was going to be SO BIG (instead of the Little Gym ) it made my heart melt… She also recently starting telling her daddy that she’s going to start calling mommy “honey” too, just like daddy does!! What makes me smile is when my 5 year old Nayah tries to explain something she experienced to me. She uses her hands and makes the cutest faces and becomes so animated! I love her innocent view of everything around her. May her precious view of the world stay in her heart for a very long time! Nayah wears a six and loves to twirl! My 3 girls make me smile daily. Be it by a belly dance from Kate (my middle sz. 8); my eldest Grace by the glow she gets when she finally makes the basket (my eldest sz. 10) or my little Lilly (youngest sz. 6) when she messes up the name of the movie she wants to see, “diary of a wimpy princess” as opposed to Princess Diaries. What makes me smile the most…that’s a tough call. Honestly, I think I’m feeling a little sentimental this week since my husband’s birthday and father’s day were both last week and our 10 year anniversary was this month, as well. Sooo, reflecting on that, what makes me smile the most right now is seeing what an amazing father he is. We have been together for 15 years, since we were 18, and I’ve always known that he is a good man, but seeing the kind of father he is makes me feel incredibly lucky, proud, and overwhelmingly happy for my two little girls. My girls sizes 2 (Molly Claire) and 10 (Grace).

I would have loved to attended Art Fair, but My Joyful Children kept me from coming! But anything MJC makes me smile!!! Surprise me size 6!

It makes me smile when I open up my daughters closet to get her dressed and she immediately points to all her Matilda Jane dresses and begs me to wear them. Even if we are just staying home, without fail she will pick a Matilda Jane piece. As soon as I put on her dress I can’t help but smile as I watch her twirl around then run to Daddy to show off her outfit. She is only 2! Just got back from four days of camping =), hope I’m not too late to enter this! What makes me smile… right now I would say clean feet… and fingernails!! I have 4 children ages 6 and under. They all make me smile every day. My son is 3 and my youngest daughter is 14 months. Her name is Jillian Grace. My son sings to his younger sister. He says Jiwiy Dace, Jiwiy Dace, you has such a pwitty tace, I wuz you (Jilly Grace, Jilly Grace, you have such a pretty face, I love you). This truly makes me smile every day as well as their laugter. There is nothing like baby giggles. I have 2 other girls ages 5 and 6. My house truly is BUSY. I had hoped to go with my daughter to the Art Fair, but I live in Minnesota and couldn’t make it. I was sorry to miss it, because it would have been a fun girls day out at her favorite fashion ‘shop’. But what makes me smile, no matter what time of day or night is the sight of one of my grandkid’s faces. I look at their pictures and smile, I hear their voice on the phone and I smile;but best of all is to see them in person. Then my smile never leaves my face. My granddaughter Annalise is a size 4, in case she is the lucky winner. That too would make me smile.

So many things do …. Sunsets, rainbows, babies, life in general but today was extra special as I watched my 12 yr old son sit on the front row at bible school with his 3 year old sister in his lap. He did this so she would not be scared. This was her 1st day of bible school and 1st time at bible school and big church (not sitting with the family)
As an only child, I am constantly amazed at their love and compassion for one another (somedays, I must say I am amazed at how they fight too )
Their love, hugs & kisses to one another are a constant joy and warms the heart.

Nothing makes my heart melt and put a smile on my face is when my little princess says ‘Momma, you are my bestest friend in the whole wide world’. I just see my momma and I when I was little. My momma is still my ‘bestest friend’.

My litte one is not so little. She wears size 8s and 10s.

So many things make me smile, here are a few: ice cream, dogs wearing goggles (or doggles), holding hands, sunsets, the game winning shot in triple overtime, finding something that you thought you lost, when someone holds the door open for you, the words “Please and Thank You” and most of all that I am completely blessed that 2 little girls call me their MOM! What makes me smile is seeing both of my dtrs smile….there is something innocent and total happiness when they smile. Love hearing the laugh and cheer when daddy or me come home from a late day at work. Really, there’s nothing that beats hearing and knowing that they are happy!!!!

My team (all 3 of them) was born in 2006 – one in January, 2 in December. We’ve had many challenges, but the hard work has paid off in millions of ways. My current fav that makes me smile til I tear up, is hearing them celebrate each other’s victories. “Yeah, Vaughn – You earned your yellow belt! I smile when I get a unnoticed glimpse of my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter truly loving each other. They don’t see me looking, and maybe my son will give his little sister a boost onto his bed. Or my daughter will break her cookie in half and give part to her brother, without being asked. They have their share of sibling rivalry, but those sweet moments tell me I am doing something right! Lots of things make me smile. For starters seeing the face of my messy haired girls when they wake up, answering the phone when it’s a friend I haven’t talked to in a while, finding money in a pocket when I wasn’t expecting it, waking up to a snow day, playing in the ocean with my family, losing a pound, BIG sales, finishing a good book, a clean house, hearing the words “I love you”, blueberry pancakes, walking into work and seeing my best friends, getting a family picture where everyone looks good, seeing a rainbow, newborn babies, soldiers coming home, and many more things that I don’t have time to write. Anytime my 2-1/2 year old says “Mommy” it makes me smile. It never gets old. Even though I’ve had her for that long and I have a five monthy old boy now also, it still amazes and excites me that I’m a Mother! The one thing that makes me and my husband smile (24/7) is my daughter. We have tried having a family for over 22 years and finally have become a family through adoption. Our daughter is now 21 months old and just came home this past January. We adopted her from Russia and she is the love of our lives every single minute of the day…..we have been smiling ever since:-) She is a size 2…and I plan to make it at AF next year!

I was adopted by a great set of loving parents that look nothing like me, so all my life I just wanted to feel like there was someone that kinda matched me physically. Then I had four great kids. Oh my. Well, what made me smile most yesterday is my son (5 years-old) encouraging my daughter (8 years old) while we were mountain biking. She had gone down a steep spot a little fast and out of control and was scared so she cried. He had already ridden down but he told her he has trouble sometimes too and got off and walked for a while so she wouldn’t feel like she couldn’t do what he could do. So sweet! He’s size 6, she’s size 10.

I am a high school theatre teacher as well as a mother of a 5 year old daughter and 8 year old son. What makes me smile the most is seeing the joy of my students after an amazing performance and then hearing my daughter singing show tunes from my latest musical while in the bath tub. I am so sorry that I couldn’t make it to AF – beautiful video. As a baseball Mom, the season is still in swing here in GPP MI…my one son was selected to be in the Home Run Derby/All-Star Game and my other son is in the World Series Finals for his division…all the while my daughter Kendall has been wearing her favorite MJ clothes to the big games…so I would say what makes me smile is seeing the giant smiles on my kids’ faces with all of their great accomplishments…just sharing the love! what makes me smile? just knowing that some times are just for family…like this past weekend…long (and sad) story of terminal family member’s illness so we forfeited our trip to make sure that we would be present at home if her journey were to end this past weekend (which it did not)…but just being with family that is what makes me smile…and the memories that are made during even the sad times…even if they’re made at the end of one’s journey. (my daughter is a six.) hope to make it next year…

I was not able to make it to Art Fair (doctors orders). My kids and family make me smile the most … though Tim McGraw makes me smile too Bella is sz 6 and Marissa is sz 12. Happy Birthday!

What makes me smile the most is coming home from a long day at work to get a big hug from my 2 year old daughter and a big smile from my 5 month old son. I didn’t make it to art fair this year, but I will definitely make it next year!! My daughter wears sizes 2 and 4. Thanks so much for this opportunity for those of us who couldn’t make it this year!

My 6 year old daughter Kyleigh when I told her Monday morning that we were going to spend 2 days with one of her best friends in Gatlinburg and Dollywood. She knew we were going to go somewhere but she had no clue it would be to the theme park with one of her best buddies! I love surprising that girl. She is so much fun and gets so excited about surprises. The best part about it is that she loves to give them back to you. Too sweet! Her size is 6.

What makes me smile…. Well, I have two girls, Emma age 5 and Aubrey age 3 (sizes 4 and 6) so they tend to give me daily things to smile about. However, recently Emma came into my room with a new dress I had bought for her (she loves clothes-I have created a monster:))and she twirled around. She looked at me and said, “Look mom-I’m beautiful like you.” Better yet hearing that, her younger sister ran to put her new dress on and ran in saying “me too, me too”. Tears came to my eyes because as a mom I am always trying to lose weight as things never really went back to the right place after pregnancies. There are always little things about me to fret about. Glad to know that my beautiful girls don’t pick up on those

What makes ME smile the most is when my 9 month old grand-daughter Makenna Renee gives me the biggest prettiest smile whenever I see her. We had such a horrible scare a few months ago when she started having many seizures and was hospitalized. But now, things are much more under control and I have been very busy making some Matilda Jane purchases since I was just introduced to it 2 days ago. I will say that I am NOT smiling about missing the show just this last weekend due to not having been introduced to MJ in time. She is absolutley adorable in what she has acquired so far! She is wearing 12months right now, but any size is in HER FUTURE!!

Oh my… we would love something! My little one is wearing a 12 or 18 month right now! Next year I must go to Art Fair! I want so much and just cannot imagine paying those eBay prices. Love your clothing… and cannot wait to host my next trunk show at the beginning of August.

We are newbies to MJ and I’d like to thank you for giving my daughter and me self-esteem and confidence when we wear our MJ. Everday it’s exciting to pick out what MJ outfit we will wear and now we’re trying to match outfits together. We get so many compliments from complete strangers on the street. It really feels great, MJ has been a true blessing for my 5 yr old daughter and I. (daughter is size 6 or 8).
