I was upstairs working on photos for the auction and the doorbell rang. Haven’t showered in 2 days, so I ask David to get it. He says it’s a man with flowers. I was like “Huh?”. then of course a little irritated cuz I KNEW he was gonna make me answer it. I did.
Oh, love you girls. it was the most beautiful bouquet, see above, form Kristy and Brenda from Bloom Workshops. Thank you!!! And even chocolates.

and here’s to Emily C (just shoot [email protected] your address and size) for guessing Carla! Yup, many of you have heard me talk of Carla and some have met her at 435. Carla headed up production in Peru. While we are not manufacturing much in Peru anymore, Carla has such tremendous knowledge in garment construction, quality control and grading that we decided to bring her onto our Design Team at Matilda Jane. I couldn’t be more excited about this. I have worked with Carla for such a long time, and adore her. We will be heading to China in a couple of weeks for her to meet our fantabulous team there. Pan and her girls have so many resources and such great knowledge in the production field. They produce so many great lines, lines that I know you all probably own and love. So not to sound cheesy, but I will say I think I have built my Dream Team. I am so lucky!!!
Can’t wait to see the rest of the auction items. and SWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON to that dress!!!

OMG! That dress is the dreamiest MJC creation to date! And those pink gingham ruffles….I’ve tried and tried….purchased and they’ve been accidentally oversold on Platinum….they keep eluding me! Seriously, I’d do just about anything to have those for my daughter…coupled with that dress…WOW! Stunning! Request: don’t forget our boys in the auction, please! My son is so neglected in the clothing department! We soooo need more MA! Two thumbs up on the polo and board shorts I saw at my tks premier yesterday…left me craving more! xo

Read the story of Val and her family and wept…..I pray she finds strength in the Lord through this tragedy. Her and their little ones are in our prayers. On a different note, I adore the dress and bloomers and absolutely want them both in a size 2….How do I do that!?!
