I really want it to be called Ellen Noel though…my daughter’s name, my Christmas baby!
I would definitely name this little beauty “A Thousand Memories” because that’s what it brings flooding back to me! The sweet innocence of the fabric, snow, the smoke in the chimney. It’s happy and peaceful and full of Christmas and makes me yearn for those magical Christmas days as a child. AND brings a lot of excitement for the season to come, where I can once again live the magic through the eyes of my girls.

This beauty looks to me like “over the river and through the woods”, but it’s a bit quirkier than that. So cute with polka dots and ric rac! What’s more quirky than the featured song on National Lampoon’s Vacation? (It’s just not the holidays without watching the Christmas one.)
***Side note: Just found out it was written and recorded by Fleetwood Mac’s guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. Love when Bill Hader plays him on the SNL sketch “What Up With That”! Another reason it would bring a smile to my face!
