Platinum will be taking a little break from tomorrow (December 21st) until January 2nd.
We will be doing an end of the year inventory and will need all hands on deck to get it all done in time.
We are working like Santa’s elves today to get everything out by the end of the day so you can hopefully have everything by Christmas!
So, after today we will not be processing any returns or exchanges until January 2nd.
(Returns/exchanges received today or prior will be processed and shipped out today, promise!)
We will also not be answering phones or responding to emails until the 2nd.
