I have been at Matilda Jane for fourteen months now and loving every crazy minute of it! I worked with Becky in the return/exchange department for my first year and in February I was recruited to be a platinum girl! I must say it was a very big change for me. While I loved processing exchanges and talking to customers all day, I thought it would be fun to try something new. I love the idea of coming to work and not knowing what the day has in store for me. One day I could be sewing buttons and ironing, the next day I am printing, pulling, and packing orders. I actually didn’t know how to sew on a button until last Art Fair.. embarrassing right? I have already learned so many new things and I have only been in Platinum for two months! I did my first upload today and I was so nervous (I hope I did ok). I do miss working with my partner in crime Becky, but I have made lots of new friends in Platinum.
It is kind of scary how close we have gotten in just a short amount of time, I think its our shared love for Pitch Perfect and cats.. oh wait, that’s just me. Sorry this wasn’t more exciting, but it was my first time blogging after all! I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

There is hope for me … I can barely sew a button on … which is why my fam busts on my love of MJ buttons! My dream job – being in charge of buttons at MJC!! You did a fine first time blog!
