Today was Joe’s first day back to school. Okay, his first 2 hours. He had school from 1-3. Not sure why just 2 hours, but hey, I’m just the mom. Gabe’s got his back to school night tonite. Where the heck has summer gone. Seriously, my life is passing by way too fast. It’s like there is never time for anything. You know the “just one minute” routine. I would be embarrassed to count how many times I say that a day!
Anyhow, I am heading out but wanted to do a little something for all those sweet little girls who may not have “a favorite outfit” to wear to school. Love that you are doing this..I sent the name of a amazing 11 year old fighting for her life battling cancer. She sadly has to go back this year “looking” like she has cancer (missing her hair). I would love for her to go back to school dressed in MJC to take the attention off her hair in put it on her amazing MJC outfit!! Regardless of weather or not she gets picked I am sure there are TONS of little girls deserving. You have a HUGE heart..We just ♥ MJC ~

Denise, I worked in the same school for 20 years, and honestly, until I went back to work after my sons were born, I really never realized how many little children are truly in need. It makes me cry to think of some of the first ones that touched my heart. I caught one of my little kindergarten boys sticking leftovers, from breakfast, [off of other kids trays], in his backpack, he told me he was taking it home to his little sisters, broke my heart. All of our little ones are so spoiled these days, I’m so happy to be a part of a clothing company who cares so much about little children, and I’m very thankful for all those little ones who have crossed into my life over the years.
I love the “in a min.” I am guilty as charged. I think it is a super mom thing. My 6yr. old daughter uses it on me when I’m asking her to do something that is when I saw that i was over useing it. Any how I Love your back to school idea we all see children who are not as blessed as others. I think something like this could change these childrens lives. God Bless you and your team.
