I asked Sam in a very nice manner to take some pics of the 435 Art Fair set up for you guys. I guess her idea of that was pretty much what you see above. But hey, after you sew buttons for 8 hrs I can see why scissors and thread would sum up 435!
I ran in tonite for a while to start fine tuning the displays. I am a but finicky about that stuff. And I think some of the girls may get a bit irritated cuz whatever they do, I change 2 seconds later. I’m pretty much a control freak when it comes to set up. And one more thing…it is quite steamy in 435. The girls really wanted a pop machine, so I gave them the go ahead. Problem is, I am not a Pepsi fan. I can’t even stand their logo, Coca Cola all the way. And guess what shows up…..a Pepsi machine. Ya, not too happy but they assure me it has Coke products. So tonite I am busting a move, find a few quarters to get a Dt Coke and guess what no Dt Coke. I actually settled for Dt Mountain Dew. Ewww.
What is it anyways about Coca Cola? Is it they have the cutest Santa Claus ever, or those great glass bottles? It is true Americana to me. You do know I worked there before right? Yup, one fine sales rep I was. In the interview the guy asked why I want to work there. I simply replied with full emotion and all seriousness at the ripe age of 22, “Why would you ever want to work at Burger King when you could work at McDonalds? It’s the real thing.” Okay,I am a dork. But I did get the job and Sara Brown just got a job at McDonalds!!

CCT – the art fair is in Ft. Wayne June 26 – limited additions, etc. Basically, there are 2 lines each year (spring/summer, fall/winter) but MJC sometimes does a special release such as Holiday or Back to School. Just keep an eye on the blog as it gives all of the details. Beware – you’ll soon become part of the MJC cult!!!

Funny, one of my best friends owns the Pepsi distrubutor here and I still can’t bring myself to drink the stuff! I chuckle everytime I have her son in the car and go thru Sonic and get a large Diet Coke!!!

We have plenty to go around, if you ask the girls from last year they’ll tell ya!! However, while we do have tons of every size what we have in each size varies. Because this is an art fair we do not make more that 5-10 of each design.

Okay, so I have been looking at your clothes FOREVER and they are exactly what I dreamt I would dress my little girl in someday, but could NOT find anywhere!… Then low and behold a couple of years ago, I found you and have been in LOVE ever since!… So here is to probably a very dumb question, but where is this art show and how can I see this many options of your clothes to buy?
