This week has been absolutely FANTASTIC! So many exciting and new and gives-me-butterflies-in-my-stomach types of things have happened that I don’t even know where to begin! Alright, actually I DO know where to begin- with the weather! This glorious July in the middle of March weather! It really seems like summer time here around here, and I’m sure we all know what that means… 435 Art Fair! We’ve got the fans set up, I’ve been able to sneak away from my computer for a little while to sew buttons, and best of all- the pieces for Art Fair just keep rolling in from being sewn.

Another big GOOD thing was the launch of THE GOOD ONES yesterday! Our very own Carrie is running the operation, and we’re sharing a building with this rockin, brand new company! As far as I can tell, everything is running as smoothly as possible today, and I think the biggest adjustment we’re having is getting used to 2 different phone lines ringing! Speaking of phone lines, with the new phone line came the need for a new voicemail message. I totally hate listening to my own voice, so when I drew the short straw to record the Platinum voicemail message I was cringing! But this time, with Carrie being the only one here who works for THE GOOD ONES, she had no choice but to record her own greeting on her own phone. And just because I love her so much, I’ll share with you that Carrie made me leave the building while she recorded her message because she didn’t want anyone to hear!!
We work really hard here in the 433, but don’t think for a second that we don’t have the best time while we are working! I know we are all coworkers, but we have become more than coworkers, more like best friends who just happen to work together. And best friends who also happen to love to pick on me about who I am bringing with me to Art Fair!! It’s been a running joke around here that they are making Team ______ tee shirts to wear to support (or not support) my final pick!
Sooo I think that’s all I have to share for now. I’ve got a full and fun-filled weekend that I can’t get out of my head! Maybe I’ll even get in my 3rd trip of the season (and 3rd trip this week…) to Zesto (the best ice cream stand ever) in this weekend! Oh yes, and I promised my friend Julie that I would mention on the blog this week that she LOVES her Serendipity Spearmint dress and Bittersweet cardigan, so everyone,” Julie LOVES her Spearmint dress and Bittersweet cardi!!”

love the energy of your posts! just wanna say, i hesitated on purchasing the spearmint and i’ve been mourning its loss in a bad bad bad way. just ask my tk. so, if anyone has a small they aren’t in total love with, please please please, let me purchase it from you. please?! i checked dreaded ebay and there was one yesterday—a whopping $155 (or so..can’t recall exact amount, i just know i couldn’t pay that…and still expect to have a husband!). so, help a gal out, someone. please? Hi Denise! I haven’t been on the blog very much lately. Holly does way too many activities now that she is older. Anyway, I wore my Cupcake dress today and Holly told me that she liked my dress. Then she told me to spin around. Then Holly said, “Mommy, you look like a princess!” Followed by “I want a dress like yours.” So there you have it, a request from Holly for a girl-sized Cupcake dress

I hear ya’ on that feeling Steph S! I was trying to hold out on the Tapioca Top until April’s release…and I am sick, sick, sick, about it! No matter what store I go into to try to find a top for my 9 yr. Anni date out…nothing compares. I am back at the “should have bought it” stage! Wahhhhhhhhhhh! Like scentsy has the “Bring Back My Bar”……MJC Bring Back the Tapioca Top….pretty please with a sugared cherry on top, with sprinkles and every other fixings available to man kind!!!!! I am on my knees begging!!!!!!!!!
