Pure happiness at this house. It has been just under a year since we’ve been trying to buy the house down the street. Yesterday, while I was in Las Vegas with Lynette, David called and said we got it. Wow, it is like disbelief. The funny thing is , some of you have actually seen it before it was mine. We had the keys and even the utilities in our name for a while now. I just couldn’t let it set there and get that empty feeling. This is the most amazing feeling, to want something so bad, to push for it and push, and finally get it. And I may sound odd, cuz i am not spiritual, well okay a bit, but I swear a greater force had a lot to do with it than just luck. Cuz it seriously wasn’t luck. So when you all come to 435 on June 25th and 26th, I’ll take you to see it. I like it. And you are all welcome to visit!! WOW
A few exciting things are coming your way real soon, maybe even as soon as this weekend. The girls at 435 and some of our TK’s are helping us write a newsletter. Oh, you know what. I need help, what the heck am I gonna call this newsletter thing? I thought about The 435 Folk (us) and the MJC Field ( Tk’s) but I’m not sold on it. Any ideas? I need them quick cuz I’m supposed to get the first one out tomorrow. It’s just fun talk from the folks at 435 and a few TK’s. I think you’ll like it. I had the idea today as we were going through the carwash!!
Alright ladies (and a few of you guys) I’ve gotta get back to work. We’ve got some exciting stuff heading your way and the sooner I get to work the sooner I can tell you all about it.

Oh, Denise. I just skimmed through these and you have so many great options here. I really like Dear Jane and Tales from the Trunk, but why pick one?
Pick your fave for the name and then choose a few others like “Bits and Pieces” for names of different sections within the newsletter. Hotline Happenings or Dear Jane could be about the chatter coming from outside 435 (like testimonials, letters, etc…) Another section for Words from the MAsta, one for upcoming, randomness, etc… The 411 of 435!!!
How about “Paper Dolls” because that’s what you do! I just had the worst day EVER and it’s way easier to think of pretty things than to focus on what today was about… simple yet perfect and that’s what our girls look like when they wear MJC anyway – beautiful Paper Dolls~

Ok I don’t know about a name for your newsletter but I really want to know what took so long for you to finally get your house. I know real estate is different in areas of the us but what the heck was the hold up? Oh and I really really love the peasant top with the deliah ruffle fabric. So cute! That was my favorite outfit of all time the deliah ruffles and the vintage ellie halter to bad my little one had to go and get bigger so sad grew out of it 😉
I like The Idea of calling the news letter “The Field & Folk”. It has a nice ring to it!
