A few more Art Fair Notes

I thought maybe it would be easiest to post a the most common Questions here, instead of having to scroll through facebook or the blog. So here you go:

Is there a limit of tickets one person can purchase?

Yes, there is a limit if 4 tickets per event.

What if I have a family of 5 or 6 or 7?

You will need to go back once you check out and purchase the add’l number you need. The shopping cart is set to max of 4 per event. We will not be able to make a per person exception.

What is included in The Pre-Party ticket price? 

Oh, lots good stuff, food, drinks, great conversation and a whole lotta of fun.

What time to tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale at 10:00amEST

Will all tickets go on sale at the same time?

Yes, tickets for Thursday Dinner, Friday Luncheon and Friday Pre-Party will all go on sale Monday at 10am EST

What age is Child and Under?

10 and under

What amount of net proceeds goes to Charity?

100% of net proceeds go to Charity from all 3 events.

Will you be re-stocking throughout the 3 days?

Yes, we will be re-stocking regularly throughout the 3 events.

Do I need a ticket for my child to attend the events?

Yes, you need a ticket for you child to attend the Behind The Scenes ($225), Chicks for Children ($125) and the Pre-Party (10 and under $7).

Is there an After Party this year?

After much talk, we decided to not have it this year. We have a great downtown and I am certain you can find a lot of fun awaiting you!

Do you have a babysitter service?

No, I am sorry but totally a great idea.  I would offer up mine but they love working the Art Fair.

When and Where is Art Fair?

Art Fair is June 29, 2013 in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the old home of Matilda Jane on 435 E Brackenridge Street

What time do I need to get in line?

That is up to you. You must be aware that we are not located in a neighborhood nor so much a commercial park. It is at your own risk.  As far as “where the line will start or where the entrance is” will be announced closer to date. We are still working on logistics inside of 435.

If I get to the Art Fair at 10am or 11 will I have time to shop before 12pm?

As long as you are in line to check out by 11:00am you will be good. In the past, by 8:45-9 there is not a line to get in. However it is tough to predict year to year. But I think you would be fine. Plus, we open back up at 1:00pm so you’ll be set.
