Sounds so official and fancy. I guess we have to since this year’s art fair is going to be bigger and better than ever! I’m pretty excited to see you all again. And nervous. Totally nervous actually. But in a good way. Oh!!! And guess what? We all finally get to meet Lois Owen and Mama Hope! These ladies have been family to us for years and I can’t wait to give them real life hugs! Yep, I’m a hugger.
Enough about me, here’s the stuff you REALLY wanna know….
1. 435 Art Fair is Saturday June 29th from 8am – 5pm. The Art Fair will take place at the old Matilda Jane headquarters at 435 E Brackenridge Street in Fort Wayne.
2. All items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. ALL SALES FINAL.
3. We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges from previous Art Fair, Platinum, or Trunk Show purchases at this Art Fair.
4. Matilda Jane Gift Cards are not accepted at the Art Fair. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover only.
5. The family friendly Pre-Party will be on Friday June 28th from 5pm to 9pm and will be located at Headwaters Park in downtown Fort Wayne at 330 S Clinton St. You must have RSVP’d for this Pre-Party and must have your admission ticket with you.
6. We will not be limiting the dollar amount each customer can spend at the 435 Art Fair, however we will limit the quantity of items per size and style that you can buy. (See #8)
7. We will also have a checkout limit of 20 items per checkout. Checkout as often as you want, but after each checkout you will need to re-enter the building to select more items.
8. You are allowed to checkout with only 4 bags (may mix and match styles but only a total of 4) at a time but can checkout as often as you would like, but will need to re-enter the building and select more items.
9. You are allowed to buy 2 of each style per size, but cannot exceed 4 purchases per style.
Example: You can buy two size 8’s and two size 6’s of a particular Molly skirt, but once you have purchased those four pieces, you have reached the maximum allowed for that specific Molly skirt.
10. Matilda Jane reserves the right to turn down a sale that we feel is for the purpose of “re-selling”.
11. All items are sold as-is. All sales are final. (See #2)
12. If you are buying for a friend and are using her credit card, we will need a photocopy of the front and back of the card. We will also need the Credit Card Authorization Form filled out completely. See form link below. THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND PRESENTED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
The address for the 435 Art Fair is 435 E. Brackenridge Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
Our parking lot will not be available for parking the day of the Art Fair. Free public parking is available at the Anthis Career Center for all three events. The Anthis Career Center is located on East Douglas Avenue just one block from 435. There is also street parking available, just be sure to watch the signs as to which side of the street you are allowed to park. We are working on a few other parking lots, but have not been given the go ahead yet. Please do not park anywhere on the MJC lawn or parking lot.
You can click here for the Credit Card Authorization Form!
Leave a comment with any questions you may have and we will be sure to get back to you! Can’t wait to see you all there!
LOVE,
SAM

Hey Sam…where or who do we need to send RSVP’s for pre-party? Excited to see you again:)
Do you have the price list?
What time are people allowed to line up and where?
Sooooooooooooooo excited to meet and hug this MJC family…..and Mama Hope I look forward to meeting you too.
As my Leah Hope says, “Oh, Grammie! Excitement!!” That just says it all, right! I’m a hugger, too, Sam!! Nan, yay for a meet and hug! Can’t wait for hugs – even sweaty hugs!!
Will you be closing for a lunch break/restocking on the 29th?
As others have asked, I am really curious about line out/camp out/admittance guidelines. I have not been one of the lucky ladies to be granted tickets or early shopping passes and I’m trying to plan out how to make the 70 minute trip up while caring for my still-nursing daughter who just started refusing bottles last week! Plus I’m searching for small sizes. I’d be willing to camp out all night with my s-i-l, and would love to sit and meet/chat with other ladies, but not sure that’s the best for my dear little girl (dad can handle the three big boys!) Knowing how admittance is going to work would help ((any chance I can get a number on my hand and then come back? in the am?! Can I EARN early shopping pass with food gifts?! ha!)). Do I really have to be there at 4am to find sufficient 12m and 18m items? Oh – and the price list, too. Thanks – everything looks so beautiful and exciting.
Okay so you could buy 8 Molly’s if u wanted but not more than than four of the exact Molly. Is that correct?
We are making a 9 hour trip to attend our first Art Fair (my 2 year old and I). I was planning on arriving just before the pre-party started. After reading these comments, I’m a little concerned I need to make new travel plans. Any advice would help! I would hate to drive so far and not make it in time. The day of Art Fair is my daughter’s birthday and I really hope to buy her a special birthday outfit and make it a fun weekend for her (and her Aunt, cousin and Grandma)!! I had no idea camping out was a consideration! ANY advice would be appreciated!
Hey ladies! We actually do not give out price lists and as far as lining up goes, feel free to get there as early as you want, but it will be at your own risk! 😉 We will be closing for a lunch break/restocking from 12-1.
No price list? Last year you did, prices still the same? We just need to know what to expect.

Is there a price sheet to view in advance of the basic items?
Thx
Is the checkout limit 20 items for pre-shopping too?
Hey Deb! The limit for pre-shopping is actually 15! 😀
Do I need a ticket to shop at the art fair or do I just need to stand in line for my turn?
