Babes in Toyland

Once again, I’m blogging right after such a beautiful post. This time it’s from our Platinum Manager, Kiara. Isn’t she fantastic? And so full of heart? I’ve always described my love for her as true admiration. She’s younger than me, but already so much greater than me. And that’s okay, because she gives me something to work towards!

Anyway, like I said, how do I blog about my trip to Disney after that? I guess I start with how much happiness this trip brought my best friend, Megan. I know she’s not someone in need, and she pretty much has everything she wants, but…she’s my family. And she’s so much better than me too! You guys have no idea how much she does for me. That’s why when people say “Woah, Disney is a big Christmas gift” I think to myself, no, not really. Not really compared to how much she has done for me. She’s given me the best 13 years of my life. I seriously couldn’t have walked up to a better person on the first day of 6th grade.

And Disney certainly is the happiest place on earth. We slept in late, visited all the countries in Epcot, ran into a fabulous TK Chantel Russell, ate at Planet Hollywood (that place is CRAZY AWESOME!), and did everything in between. Except!! I didn’t spot any MJC ANYWHERE! What’s up with that? Thank goodness Meg made up for it by wearing her Tiery Bluebird dress two days in a row! Ha she’s gonna kill me for telling you that!

(Too bad it’s dark and fuzzy, but Chantel recognized me from my voice?! How cool is that?!)

Now I’m back to work and loving it even though my mind keeps moving around everything I missed and it’s hard to focus. Oh, and I read Hunger Games! HOLY CATS I LOVED IT. I’m so addicted. I can feel it. And I keep thinking about Katniss when I do anything. Like I need to move swiftly and listen closely to my surroundings or something. I’m so weird. But really, I just hope Denise finds the second book so I can start reading ASAP. I need more Peeta:)

LOVE,

SAM

The Hunger Games was an awesome book. I want to watch the movie, but I’m afraid it won’t be half as good. I’m sure the images in my head are far better than Hollywood could create!
