On the way home form up north we stopped and got my phone fixed. If you haven’t heard, yes, DAVID, I repeat, David…broke my phone. I have to emphasize that because I seem to break everything I touch but for once it was not my fault! I will admit a week without a phone is not half bad! Ask me that now and I will say I am not sure how I managed especially now that I have found my new addiction, audio books from iTunes! I have spent the last day listening non stop to The Help. I even walked the park this am just so I could listen. I love it.
I stopped by 435 tonite for a while so I could see how the past week has transformed ( and so I could listen to more of my book while I clean up a bit). Wow, talking about a ton of boxes ready to ship, a ton of orders ready to pack. That place is crazy. We’ve got everyone, and I mean everyone from 435 pulling shifts to help pack so your package will be on it’s way shortly. The first part of the season is always a little longer on ship times. We get so many orders the first few day that it takes us quite a bit of time to get through those first days and then we are right back to our quick ship times.
Well, I am off to sew some buttons on one of the cutest dresses I think I have ever laid my eyes on. You’ll see it real soon. Okay, and listen to my book. Yup, I am certain you can tell I am quite excited about this book thing. Tomorrow I’ll catch up on all the other goodness.

Denise – I can so relate to your new addiction to listening to books on itunes! I recently started doing this as well – and found myself looking forward to doing all sorts of mundane tasks that allowed to me listen to my latest book. I don’t have an iphone (yet) but listen to them on my ipad. I have now found myself walking into and out of work listen to my ipad (with no headphones). Needless to say, I get some strange looks but I don’t care – because once I get home and starting “mothering” my 2 daughters – I usually don’t get to listen to my book again until I am too exhausted to pay attention! Can’t wait to see this new dress! Have a fantastic week!
Well you have my complete attention! I will definitely have to look into the audio book thing! I am not much of reader unless its a magazine but I can listen well so this totally gets me pumped! As for the buttons your sewing on the new dress, I’m sure its gorgeous and I for one can not wait to see it!!!

I have been reading The Help this week & LOVE it! I will have to check out the audio books from iTunes because I’ve been staying up really late to read since I don’t get a chance to during the day! I just have to say it’s really sweet that your girls are writing on our receipts! She recommended two pieces together that I never would have thought of AND got my first “surprise” in my box. Can’t get enough of these clothes and the endless compliments we always receive. Hope you stay small enough that I don’t see tons of little girls running around with the same clothes on. That truly makes it one of a kind! Thanks ladies for making the cutest clothes out there. I have to go back to teaching soon to support my addiction! LOL

Our kids just got home from a week at Camp Daggett on Walloon Lake. We loved visiting Boyne City and Petosky on the trip up to drop them off but they loved camp more. A great week away from Mom and Dad and a wonderful experience to be on their own! Bonus=a week of dates every night for Brent and I back home.

I couldn’t believe there is only one TK in all of CANADA! Are you thinking of expanding, because I know alot of moms that are loving it up here! Just wondering.
