I wish I had a great story, but I really don't. It is quite simple actually; one day a friend of mine said I should make clothing so I did.
I wish I could say I started because I could not find any cute clothes for my kids, but surely that is not a problem. I wish I could say I am a "designer", but I pretty much just consider myself a girl who can't stop her brain from spinning.
The one thing I do not have to wish for is a great family and group of friends. These guys are what makes Matilda Jane rock. They are loyal and well-loved. They are also very patient for putting up with me and the ventures I pursue, sometimes on a whim. Oh, I do love them all.
Seriously, how does one end up with this on Garage Sale day. As I said before, the early bird gets the worm.

I saw nothing like that at the garage sales that I went to yesterday!!! We just went home with some Thomas the Tank stuff!! Natalie is in love with Thomas!! But wow!!!

That is the best garage sale ever!! This is for some of the MJC lovers that don’t know about the greatest trophy in sports – it is the Stanley Cup (Lord Stanley that is). If you think it is a “soccer trophy” you must not live in a city that has professional hockey…Go Wings (they will be back next year).
Holy freaking cow….now that is one cool garage sale find!! I never find cool things at garage sales, just a bunch of junk. LOL!

GREAT photos & wow, that is really wild! I can’t imagine finding that at a yard sale, why wouldn’t the person sell it on ebay or Craig’s List? But what a steal for you, way to go! And, though I’m in the South now, I was a Chicagoan for nearly a decade, go Blackhawks!
