So much has been happening here at 435. The Platinum girls are moving to a new area within 435 (technically we call is 433). This will help free space for inventory and for us to breath. I can remember when we first moved to 435. This building is 4 times the size of the many rooms we had within the Fairfield Manor. Hardly seems 2.5 years ago that we moved here, but we total are outgrowing it thanks to our great customers and Fabulous Trunk Keepers. What once only held Lynette and I in an office now holds not only us but Chelsa, Becky, and Alicia. What once was only David’s Office is now, Davids, Denise, Sam, Andrea, and Kiara. The Platinum Team once only consisted of Sam and Denise, and now it consist of Sam, Denise, Kiara, Carrie and Desiree. It seems so unreal when you think of it. We are so grateful. Thank you to those who helped make MJC what it is today
This post has already gotten of subject and I just started. Good thing tomorrow is Friday. Anyway, back to the point. Two weeks ago we got a water cooler from the President of MJC himself (Mr David DeMarchis). I am not sure anyone was more excited then Becky, but non the less we were thrilled. We had asked for one a long time ago but were quickly shot down. Then one morning one magically appeared and you would have thought it was Christmas morning. We were even more excited to know that this water cooler also can dispense Hot Water. Its the little things around here that make our day. Now we can offically say there are talks around the Water Cooler. I am pretty sure this makes MJC legit don’t you think?
The Man in brown is our UPS Driver Paul. One of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
Anyway, the talk around the water cooler was about our Adult Collection. It is the perfect mix of cute and comfortable. I challanged the girls last week to wear their MJC yesterday. The Rules were simple.
1. DO NOT wear MJC from head to toe.
2. Add a touch of yourself in the outfit
3. Accessorize
Wednesday came and I must say the girls looked amazing.
Alicia shows, there are no rule stating that you can’t wear a skirt as a top
Or who said Polka Dots are for Kids…(Sounds like a Trix commercial)
And if your cute like Serlita, leggings can substitute as jeans with a long shirt.
Chelsa sports the Harriet Skirt with tall boots and a cute striped caridgan.
Lynette sets off the fabulous colors of Oh’Liza with a denim jacket, sparkle tank underneath, feather earrings and tall boots and your set for picking up the kiddos or even a nice dinner.
Becky mixs some old MJC (Shades of Grey Tank) with New MJC (Purple Rain, Sandy Tuxedo)
Oh Mona, she is cuter then she is given credit for. Throw a sweater over her with a cute belt and boots and wallah!!! If you want a more flirty look cut the last layer off, she will still be long enough for any activity.
Well, I think thats it for today. I hear the phone ringing in the other room so I think that’s my que. But before I go lets do a give-a-way. The first person to name the two people in this Caricature will win a goody.
