I wish I had a great story, but I really don't. It is quite simple actually; one day a friend of mine said I should make clothing so I did.
I wish I could say I started because I could not find any cute clothes for my kids, but surely that is not a problem. I wish I could say I am a "designer", but I pretty much just consider myself a girl who can't stop her brain from spinning.
The one thing I do not have to wish for is a great family and group of friends. These guys are what makes Matilda Jane rock. They are loyal and well-loved. They are also very patient for putting up with me and the ventures I pursue, sometimes on a whim. Oh, I do love them all.

I LOVE MJC, don’t get me wrong, but I believe I am MORE excited about March 1st for The Good Ones than Serendipity, release II. So excited my little guy is going to get fun packages in the mail, too! So excited he is going to get to wear cool duds–just like his sister! Video was great–kids looked awesome!

omgoodness! i’m just flipping out! cannot wait for this line to launch. my good one (correction…my GREAT one, aka, my son, jack) is most deserving of a boxful of love…hes always in his sister’s shadow when her mjc arrives and always says how beautiful she is in every stitch. it is his turn now. time for him to hear how awesome he looks…in TGO!
